Once we completed the initial clean up, conversion into StockTrim was easy. The support offered has always been great and every question is answered very quickly which sets it apart from other systems we have tried. This system has now streamlined our forecasting of materials which is critical in a start up business to avoid excessive spending and not delay supply chains. Pros It is simple to setup, update and draw information from. It gives a visual representation of ordering cycles which helps in a start-up business to present critical spending and the after support has been great for when the tricky things arise. Cons Initially navigating screen and tabs is confusing when used to layouts of other systems but easy to get used to. We decided to not go with developing our own tool due to time and cost constraints as well as possible manipulation of cells etc. Cin7 also do not make an adequate "bolt on" for their existing system for what we were after. Pros Pros: The dashboard is super simple to navigate, and the automated forecasts save us hours every week. We’ve cut down on stock-outs noticeably since we started using it. Also great when we introduce a new coffee capsule SKU. Cons Cons: Can’t think of much, we just had to sit down & focus to make sure we removed discontinued items. Director Construction Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Stocktrim Review" June 25, 2025 5.0 We’re a manufacturer of steel window & doors, and StockTrim has made our inventory planning heaps smoother. We now know what we have to order to meet demand, and we make less errors in raw materials orders. We have limited space to store overstocked steel & we used to have that issue but also having to pay for overstocks drained our working capital. Pros The AI really learns our sales patterns, and the order plans it spits out are spot-on. Plus, the team is quick to help when we’ve had questions. Pros StockTrim has transformed how our pie manufacturing biz handles inventory. It’s smart, simple, and keeps us ahead of demand. Particularly now that we have won a big new customer that puts pressure on our resources (cash & human).The AI forecasting is scary accurate, and it’s saved us from over-ordering perishable ingredients The dashboards make everything easy to track at a glance, and we now know exactly what to order from suppliers. Pros As implementation partners StockTrim is really easy to implement, the support is fantastic and the value derived from by the end-user is arguably unrivaled. Cons Whilst it's easy enough to import data into StockTrim, there is a lack of native integrations however the team at StrockTrim continue to build on this so it's only a matter of times. Previously I would spend hours going through spreadsheet after spreadsheet to figure out what and how much inventory we needed to order. After trying a number for forecasting apps I stumbled upon Stock Trim. The big key for me was how user-friendly the app is for the person to use. Everything is clear and easy to understand. There are great tutorials and blogs as well. The team at Stock Trim has been amazing to work with too! We had some issues with our bundles pulling in right and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] had a solution and it was fixed all in the same day! I cannot recommend StockTrim enough it has been a huge time saver and it takes the guesswork out of placing inventory orders. There is also a lot of great data to be used when placing your orders. You can use all the historical data to see which items are selling quicker than others so you are ordering the right amounts at the right times and no inventory sits for too long. Making and saving you money. Two thumbs up and highly recommend. Pros StockTrim is very user friendly. You can easily see what information you need and adjust settings as needed. Cons We had a small problem at one point with our bundled items not report the correct number of items sold. But \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was able to fix that issue in less than a day. Pros The fact that forecasts are automated is just awesome! Cons having to input SOH in the new customer feature , hopefully this get seen to in the next update. Before we started using StockTrim, our inventory was in turmoil. We were selling products that were out of stock and running out of hot selling items which caused our customers great frustration. Since using StockTrim, we have our finger on the pulse and able to maintain the right products at the right time. Our customers are satisfied and we are making more sales.
