Everything will be working fine, and for various reasons we will have to call support. Once they needed to move us to a different server. Right now I have been on hold for over an hour and counting. The previous company would never be over a few minutes. this company is totally incompetent.

Pros

When it works it is fine. The issue is that out of the blue there will be problems because the system seems unstable.

Cons

We have more issues than we had with our last cloud service, but we are paying more. Customer support is terrible.

Reason for choosing Abacus Private Cloud

I changed from Skyline, but I plan on moving back

auto calendaring

Pros

hearing date automatic calculations. events from a rule are good for auto calendaring. Linking email and names is a plus.

Cons

the reminders don't fall into the calendar unless a time is designated. the interface is outdated (screens are old and not visually appealing).

I have needed help fixing things two separate occasions. first one -superb customer service with knowledgable techie-wrote that off as good luck. Second time-repeated with different tech guru-more than luck-must be part of the package. Great support!

Easy to use for someone who isnt a techie.

APC is a powerful cloud service. So far my experience with this system is good and works well in my office environment, home or on road. The real fact it is clear, simple and easy to use. But it takes time to understand all it's features. More over all it's environment are on one page and it saves me a lot of money in handling my business. The customer care support is available all the time and are quick to response. Thanks Abacus Private Cloud.

Pros

We mainly use Abacus for accounting and billing. Any time we have had any issues, customer service has been quick and proactive.

Cons

Lots of pop-ups that slow down my work, which can be distracting when I'm in the middle of a task.

Abacus private cloud is awesome for business owners on the go. I travel between multiple offices and visit clients all over the country. Never had an issue with connectivity and definitely boosted my productivity.

Cons

I've been using the cloud based server for about a year and have not had any issues.

Pros

The on boarding process as we moved to APC was very impressive. We had a dedicated person who worked with us on getting all our applications installed and setup. The support and reliability of the servers are also top notch.

Cons

It's hard to answer what I like least. If I had to answer, it would be the increased cost over hosting internally. However, the benefits outweigh the cost.

Pros

My business uses APC to host our entire server because we do not have an on-site tech to manage a server and 11 computers for us. Having APC is imperative to our business and something we can't function without. The customer support has been outstanding and prompt every tim we've needed anything.

Cons

So far, no complaints! Total ease of use and grateful for that. I literally have nothing to say, so don't want to just type something here if I have no "cons"

Abacus' customer service is top notch. There were issues our office was having and they were there every time we called, to guide us through the process of fixing things on our end that we missed when setting up. They will work with you until you are completely satisified.

Pros

The capability to send an email in Outlook and have it link with Abacus for saving in client's file is my favorite aspect of Abacus.

Cons

Using Abacus can slow certain feature down a little.
