This was no hassle and we got to keep 95%. Pros We raised more money for my daughter's dance team than we ever have with any other fundraiser and it only took about 15 minutes of our time. Cons Not a problem with the software, but some students didn't come prepared to the meeting so we had to bug them to sign up after the fact. Reason for choosing Fund-Team They were very similar but Fund-Team only charges 5% while Snap-Raise charges 30%. Review Source MN Markus N. May 7, 2020 5.0 We are very pleased. If we ever have any issues or questions, they are extremely responsive. The software works great, and they make sure during launches that everything goes smoothly. They even implemented some changes to the software that we requested. Our donors are pleased to know that the vast majority of their donation goes to our band directly, rather than to pay for some item they didn't even want like candles or coupon cards. Also, since we advertise it as our "one and only fund-raiser of the year" they give generously. Kids love it because we record a video, help them set up individual donation site in about 10 minutes, and they are done. Parents love it because they don't have to do a thing except help the kids come up with email addresses of their friends and relatives as potential donors. The Band boosters and band directors love it because we can spend our time supporting our kids instead of non-stop fund-raising. We could not be more pleased with our relationship with Fund-Team. Pros We used to do a half dozen fund-raisers throughout the year, taking a ton of time and effort. Now with the Fund-Team direct donation model, we do ONE fund-raiser at the beginning of the year, and that's it - AND we make more on our one Fund-Team campaign than all of the other ones combined. Director Non-Profit Organization Management Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Fundraising" May 14, 2020 4.0 Because it was hard to use, i had to contact the administrator several times. I also spent a lot of time trying to enter all the emails until i was able to get assistance to get them all in. When i was entering the emails, it took a long time before i could enter the next one and i had 1000 email addresses to enter. The overall outcome was good, just a lot of busy work. Pros I like how effective the software was in accessing our volunteer base. I like having the different levels of giving to provide options for donations. Cons I would like to change the format. It wasn't user friendly and I had a lot of questions. I am not sure we were able to use the software to its full capacity and would like to explore it more to expand our reach. Our system is optimized around multiple team members entering a dozen or so emails apiece rather than one user entering thousands of emails. However, based on supporting you and to assist other organizations where this is the case, we provide the ability for you to send us a spreadsheet and let us enter the emails in bulk. Each child just plugs in their picture, a request for funding and their email list. Boom we’re done and the request can start to come in. Administrators can monitor the progress and report. Couldn’t be easier. Cons I had to create my own spread sheet and then update weekly. Would be nice if it was already in spreadsheet format and I just had to separate into teams. Regarding exporting spreadsheets: From your "Detailed Audit" page, there is an "Export to CSV" button at the bottom which would have exported your donation details to a spreadsheet. If you add sub-groups to your team, the students' sub-group/team will be a column in that table. MV Mike V. With this web site, we kept over 92%, plus it only took us about 15 minutes of work. We held a signup meeting where the kids all put in about a dozen email addresses of friends and family and that was it. Plus we raised almost $2000 more than we did last year by selling candy. Pros They only take 5% and the software was super-easy to set up and use. Cons Nothing wrong with the software, we just needed to remind a few of the kids to add donors. From the easy set-up, sending the emails, computer generated follow up emails to receiving our funds in the bank. Everything runs so smoothly! Pros The thing I love most about this software is that it is so user friendly. It is so easy to make each girl’s page personalized and still get the team message across to it recipients. I also love that the % of money we get to keep as a team is much higher than any other fundraiser! Cons I truly do not have any cons about this software. We love everything about it! February 16, 2019 5.0 We made much more money for our organization with this fundraiser than any other we tried. Family and friends of our students were very eager to donate to a fundraiser that gives the money directly to our organization rather than having to buy products where we only get a small cut of the proceeds. Customer service was phenomenal. This product is exactly what we needed. Pros The software is very easy to use. Creating a campaign took only minutes and was very straightforward. Cons Nothing. It is exactly what is needed for efficient and successful fundraising.
