The giving portal is user friendly and easy to use. Funds are deposited promptly. **Cons:** Some reports are not available such as an end of year report of fees paid by each donor. The Classic Vanco platform is not as user friendly as the giving portal. Easy to get through on their helpline. We have no intention of switching. **Pros:** We have not found a better value service for online giving than through Vanco. It is easy for our members to use and we have never had a problem with the actual service. It is very simple to set up. Their customer interface is good. **Cons:** The admin interface of Vanco Classic is clunky including pulling reports and adding new users.
