No need for calculators, spreadsheets, paper receipt blocks anymore. I've been using it for the past two years and I totally recommend it! Pros \- Flexible booking engine (you can change the billing model of each room based on the number of guests and sell extra services online) and user friendly for our customers (our property managed to attract a lot of individual guests commision free!). - Automated invoices (bussiness invoices too). - Channel Manager (no need to enter online bookings from booking.com, Expedia etc manualy. Everything is imported automatically and updated if the guest modifies or cancels the reservation). - Helpful dashboard (gives you a clear idea of what to expect during the day). - Cleaning schedule in Greek and English, so the cleaners know which rooms to clean and which ones need towel/sheet change. - Helpful reports (arrival/departures) with quite a few fiters (meal plan, payments etc). - Booking forms are designed ideally for phone bookings. - A unique feature called "Common Inventory" allows you to sell the same room to multiple online sources without any possibilities for overbookings. - It's a cloud based techonology (no need for dedicated equipment + I can work from home sometimes) Cons \- No POS support (the guys said they've been working on that) - Sometimes updating rates and availability for multiple channels (booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds, Ryanair Rooms, Booking Engine etc) takes 30 - 45 seconds which is a bit annoying. The reputation module gave me an overall image of my guest point of view and exposed the soft spots of my business. I had the opportunity to fix them and increase my ranking.
