Pros

Die Software bietet sehr viel Spielraum für die individuelle Darstellung und Aufbereitung - und ist damit sehr flexibel. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv und erfordert keine lange Einarbeitung und ermöglicht außerdem ein schnelles und effizientes Arbeiten. Viele Prozesse werden so verkürzt und deutlich reibungsloser gestaltet. Die Fehleranfälligkeit sinkt.

Cons

Manche Funktionen sind nur in Einzelfällen hilfreich, selten wird das gesamte Spektrum der Anwendung genutzt.

Hilfreiches Tool, das mit etwas Übung eine gute Übersicht über die eigenen Planungen/Kampagnen und aller Abrechnungsmodalitäten gibt.

Pros

Automatisierung mit anderen Tools mittels API Schnittstellen, um KPIs und Kosten automatisiert einlaufen zu lassen.

Cons

Sehr hoher manueller Aufwand in der Erstanlage seiner Planzeilen und Angebote. Nicht intuitiv, man muss sich vieles aneignen oder erfahrene User um Hilfe bitten.

Stetige Verbesserungen und Anpassungen. Möglichkeiten der hinzunahmen vieler neuer Komponente wie KPIs und oder Rubriken. Verständliche Gegenüberstellungen von Volumina und Kosten, Plan vs. IST, Auslieferungsstand und Status. Grupperiungen und Filterfunktionen. Schnittstelle und Möglichkeiten zu Verbindungen und Verknüpfungen zu Dashboards, externe Dienstleister und Tabellen. Logs-Funktion zur Nachverfolgung und Erinnern der Tätigkeiten.

Cons

Flexibilität der Bearbeitung: Beispiel Multi-Edit, (Schnelle) Änderung und Bearbeitung einer oder mehrerer Platzierungen; Hierbei müssen in verschiedene Einstellungsmasken, tiefere Ebenen eingetaucht werden, sodass eine schnelle Anpassung in der Hauptansicht nicht immer ohne Weiteres möglich ist. Der automatische Datensync zum Adsever teilweise nicht zuverlässig oder instabil. Manuelle Anpassungen leider noch öfter notwendig.

Pros

MMT ist ziemlich intuitiv in der Nutzung. Bietet viel, was ich im Alltag brauche und was wirklich essenziell für meinen Job ist.

Cons

Funktionen wie: Multi Edit z.B. mehrere Line Items in einer Kampagne auszuwählen und das Datum für alle gleichzeitig zu ändern, fehlen. Line item in neuem Tab bearbeiten, statt innerhalb desselben. Monitore im Kopf stören, würde sie gerne in einer gespeicherten Ansicht weg haben.

Pros

Die Übersichtlichkeit und Benutzerfreundichkeit ist für mich der klare Pluspunkt von Mercury. Beim Onboarding mit Kollegen ist es schnell und einfach zu erklären + verstehen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist auch die Bedienbarkeit, Ansichten können sich hier selbstständig nach eigenen Anforderungen erstellt werden.

Cons

Wenn man eine neue Spalte hinzufügen möchte muss exakt das gesuchte Wort eingegeben werden, Beispiel: "Realsiert: Bruttokosten". Vergisst man nur den Doppelpunkt ist man schnell aufgeschmissen.

Benutzerfreundlich und leicht bedienbar, relevante KPIs sind flexibel ein- & ausblendbar

Cons

Zahlen manchmal nicht tagesaktuell; Beim Suchen neuer Spalten wäre eine intelligente Suche durch das System einfacher (wenn man bspw. eine Klammer vergisst wird einem kein Ergebnis angezeigt)
