The system has significantly streamlined the reference checking process. We've seen quicker and more efficient responses to reference requests, making it easier to manage and track the entire process. Pros The user-friendly interface is definitely one of Vitay's standout features. It’s easy to navigate, making the reference-checking process much simpler and more efficient. Cons One feature I would love to see added is the ability to download all of the references for a single person as individual PDFs simultaneously rather than downloading each reference one at a time or all of them in 1 pdf. This would save time, especially when managing multiple references.
