### "All we need for CRM"

Pros

We were looking for a CRM system that could be established and operated quickly throughout over five countries. Useful and adaptive to diverse countries and markets. When it came to both sales and customer service, SpiceCRM checked all the requirements. We were able to expand across the rest of the nations within 5-7 months after the testing country went live.

Cons

There is a fix for this issue by exporting the Excel data and processing it from there. Even if SpiceCRM has this feature, it isn't a powerful software suite. Product characteristics need to be better implemented in the future.

### "Where have you been all my life?"

The guys behind this software make the difference. It is liking going into a restaurant - where the food is great and the service is even better. These guys know how to interact with their community in a positive and encouraging manner. Such a relief to have this type of experience.

Pros

The product is very user-friendly. The latest technology has been deployed and therefore has the greatest flexibility for our use. We have extended the core software considerably and the architecture to customize is very advanced. The fact that the customizations are stored in the DB vs. the file system has made upgrades far easier than other systems we have used. It feels like we are using something like Salesforce - without havign to give up my firstborn.

Cons

We really don't have any dislikes - we are still learning and exploring but at present- we have no cons.

Reason for choosing SpiceCRM

Better value for similar or better features and interface.

Our use of SpiceCRM is twofold: On the one hand we use it as our Office Management System and customer database, on the other hand, we present the customer with a personal login, where he/ she can fill in different personality tests and questionnaires. Also we integrated tests from other companies with different interfaces.

Pros

the way it was individualized and customized to fit our needs perfectly. the provided solutions were both lean and very sophisticated. The customer journey is intuitive and easy.

Cons

the presented font-end design ist not as stylish/ up to date as we'd like to have it.

a very good overall experience, it‘s worth every cent - especially the customer experience is worth mentioning.

Pros

useability, the flexibility, the possibility of customization to your organizational needs, the possible integration into other systems, the customer support and general friendly and user oriented way this company works.

Cons

software is developing over time, from the developer side new features have to be bulletproof before they roll out. correct implementation takes some time. from the user side (my side) new features should be there yesterday already - so this in fact might be more pro than con, as they really care about their product and don‘t want to implement unfinished work.

### "Schiedel use Spice CRM"

We had lots of countries without any type of CRM system, others with there own internal systems for different aspects and wanted a group CRM system that bridged the gap between front and back sales office, Sales and Service and linked to our ERP system. 20 Reasons supported us well to implement and configure Spice CRM to our needs.

Pros

We wanted a group CRM system to cover more than 15 countries that could be set-up and rolled out quickly. Spice CRM ticked the boxes on what we needed for Sales and Service. Pilot countries went live pretty quickly and we managed to roll out to the remaining countries within 6-8 months. System is pretty easy to use and adaptable for different country/market requirements. The system scaled up well as users base grew to over 400.

Cons

None, very flexible we are constantly improving on/in it.

SpiceCRM is a very easy to use and fast CRM Package. In Austria it is serviced by 20 reasons, high qualified professionals, who really care about their customers-

responsive, adds values, fast, easy handling, one system for all purposes customizable home screen, overview of tasks, meetings and calls, Google Maps integrated radius search function, you can send and receive sms, you can create and send quotes to the customers easy to implement

Product is easy to use and self-explanatory. all customization requests could be implemented prior to GO LIVE

Cons

1) currently we are not able to compare the sales-pipeline with our operational system. in Step 2 of the integration process we focus on that to have better measuring options. 2) reporting tool is quite complicated for a non-professional user - 20Reasons supported to build our reporting files
