Pros

  • Onboarding properties is a piece of cake, the resident portal is easy to navigate so our customers are happy and the towing companies love having real time access to parking permit information.

  • My overall experience with Reliant parking is excellent and I would highly recommend it to any comany.

  • Reliant Parking has been a valuable addition to our community and how we manage parking. Our partnership has just begun but I believe it will be a successful collaboration.

  • Overall, we're pleased we switched to Reliant. The software combined with the customer service have helped improved our parking situation and help take it to the next level.

Cons

  • I don't like that on my mobile phone the screen will not fully show on the pop ups when registering a vehicle or guest pass. Residents have mentioned they sometimes can't log-in.

  • As a User on the account, I have found site navigation to be confusing.

  • When you are searching for an address, there is no feature to manually enter it and look for the address, we need to scroll through and find the address we need.

  • The wording/verbiage can sometimes be misleading for users.

"Easy to Use-Very helpful"

Overall: Reliant Parking has been a valuable addition to our community and how we manage parking. Our partnership has just begun but I believe it will be a successful collaboration.

Pros: The software is very easy to use and the youtube tutorials are extremely helpful. The support team has made the onboarding process quite easy and I could not be more thankful.

Cons: Like anything else it takes time to learn but they make it very easy

"Easy to Use for Management "

Overall: I really enjoy having Reliant Parking so we can monitor what is going on when we are not on the property.

Pros: I like that it is easy to use when I am on the Desktop. It helps Residents access guest passes and passes for themselves. By them having access it helps me focus more on my job and less on helping them.

Cons: I don't like that on my mobile phone the screen will not fully show on the pop ups when registering a vehicle or guest pass. Residents have mentioned they sometimes can't log-in.

Reasons for Choosing Reliant Parking: I was not employed when this choice was made.

Pros: Obtaining Guest Parking permits when needed

"Awesome pro"

Pros: Ease of use and replacement permits, access to the system

Cons: That it didn't come out sooner. Wish that we knew about it a long time ago.

"Review "

Overall: I have ha da great experience with the system and all staff.

Pros: I am able to run reports that provide the info that I need and can easily see in real time what is taking place.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of as what I need is provided.
