If you would actually fix the printing problem, I may change my mind. **Pros:** We appreciate the ease of entering our entire library into the CodeAchi program. We paid one of our librarians to enter the books into the system this past summer. **Cons:** Support from CodeAchi has been very disappointing. I was informed that barcodes could be easily printed. After more than 6 months, CodeAchi has still not been able to fix the problem so we can print bar codes for our books. Our system has shut down multiple times because it couldn't properly update. It took three weeks for someone from technical support to fix that problem. If we had not spent all of the money to have our books loaded into the system, I would be looking for another library program. You incorrectly market your program - CodeAchi does not have the capabilities to print on any printer and your technical support is slow and takes way too long to correct problems. **Reasons for Choosing CodeAchi Library Management System:** The advertised product sounded very good and reviews were favorable. The product is not capable of doing what you say it can do. I doubt the favorable reviews are real.
