As a company we are very satisfied with the support they give us and always have a solution to any inconvenience. It has many reports that are very good at creating statistics. It is very easy to deliver reports to the authority when an audit is conducted. It has many tools that make work easier. the work order is very complete with the information plus now with the new report by task, it is very easy to manage the jobs. Cons The absence of filters to see my main components grouped as being, engine, propellers, trains.But I'm sure they will solve it. What I think could make you prefer SOMA from other options it will be the Support of the Team to solve our inquires and do the effort to develop what the client requires. Plus the easy way and fast learning curve of the application. Pros I like the easy way to schedule works on airplanes, the color code to see what is closer to the due date. I have activated the notifications for every rotable part dispatched by stoockroom so inmediatly I can know what is happening. The reports page its too easy for using, you only select what you want to see and SOMA shows it, And the customer support its amazing. Cons For planning purposes we would like to schedule on future the same task p.e. The Daily check, first we have to complete one to schedule the following accomplishment. I understand that it could be a lock for security but it would be good for us. Also we would like to see the part requirement inside the discrepancies to know if we have all the necessary to close a deferred item.
