Having no problem with this services is usually great news as there are always problems. However, when one of my flights got cancelled, their CS team was superb, 10/10. They dealt with the claim and managed to get my flight reimbursed straight away. Moreover, we were in constant contact through mail and they answer very swiftly all my replies. Cons The check-in is automatic, which is great as you do not have to worry about anything. However, a couple of times I have been given a seat on the very last row, which nobody likes. What really stands out for me is the responsive and professional support team. However, I could learn how to use it in five minutes and I am now using it regularly with satisfaction. Pros Lanes & Planes is an extremely complete platform, giving you access to the best offers anywhere on the Internet. Even if you already searched on multiple consumer platforms, L&P often ends up with a better price. Also, when they are limited by external factors (such as Ryanair's horrible anti-OTA policies) they still manage to provide you good service and make things work by putting in extra effort. In fact, support is one of their high points. Cons The UI still has some quirks and small flaws, some even obvious (such as the cursor not moving automatically to the return date after entering the first one, or having to restart the search process when the search expires, rather than just reloading the page). The amount of information can be overwhelming and hard to navigate at times, such as when getting 50 slightly different room offers for the same hotel. I love how the simple user interface gives me everything I need. Pros Simple interface, book almost all company travel very simply. No need to bother with any financial things. Very easy to use and a powerful search - train, bus, planes combined. The same goes with the accommodation. I'm very happy with it's integration to db (deutsche bahn). Booking seats works great. Cons The only real downside I ever came across was flix bus travel. The lanes and planes booking process didn't offer the seat selection, something that I use a lot when using flixbus. It would be fine if it could be possible in the future to cancel flights within the software or the app. Furthermore, it would be a benefit for our employees if the refund-procedure of canceled flights could be handled in a faster way, this often takes too long.
