Geschäftsreisen sind einfach zu buchen, egal ob Flug, Hotel, Zug - alles kann einfach in einem Tool geplant, gebucht und abgerechnet werden, als Mitarbeiter muss man nicht mehr in Vorleistung gehen! Es steht auch eine Chat-Option zur Verfügung und bei komplexeren Buchungen gibt es einen Concierge-Service, der die Buchung auf Anfrage durchführt.

Cons

Die Rückmeldung vom Kundenservice könnte meines Erachtens schneller sein.
