Pros

This software let's us complete over 40,000 job tickets each year.

The time it takes to get the system up and running.

Easy to use, solid UI, not lagging or buggy at all, Smartcanvas.

Cons

It is less efficient if your mainly using MAC vs PC hardware.

Pros

If you plan out your approach to setting up the software things go really good. I ran into a few "rats", my fault, and it has delayed me some implementing Store Front. The training and support are amazing.

Cons

When it comes to graphics only certain types can be successfully used, especially when it comes to the online proofs. Use the wrong ones and they will not show on the on-screen proofs.

Pros

I love that I'm able to place orders on behalf of my clients in an easy to use, easy to track way. We have Pace and the fact that DSF lets me place orders with way less steps and it is a real time saver

Cons

I wish I could include some additional details on job tickets at the DSF level but I can add them to the ticket in Pace afterwards

Just about to go live. Difficult learning curve for me with my other duties. I like that we can offer our products via the internet. It seems to be geared toward existing customers.

Pros

I just moved in with the company and replaced the IT guy they have. There was no turnover nor any documentation. When I tried my hand on it for the first time, I was able to navigate easily and intuitively.

Cons

There are some issues technically when we need it to communicate to our printers.
