Overall: Bad.
Pros: You can use it to call other countries. It's easy to use.
Cons: The worst thing about it is that they start to send you SMS marketing messages without asking you. And they don't give you an opt out option. So signing up for this app is basically like signing up for Spam. I would stay away from this now if I could.
