Reporting for surveys makes it a great tool. Important data all conveniently located. Pros Ease of Use Comprehensive functionality across service and venues (multi venue communities/multiple communities) Reporting Metrics Resident and guest safety (allergens, intloerances and diets) Tracking of resident, guest and staff charges Wireless capability and printing Integration with other Healthcare based softwares Cons In all honesty the system was great from the beggining, but lacked some "desired" features. The team at E-menu was always listening and has addressed, and continues to do so, those features and is the soft ware is near perfect.
