We have learn so much of our website visitor and determine our market audience.

Pros

It has been a monumental help in clinching who our target market is. The session records are a service I use continually. By dissecting user behavior on our website, we can select what features are most popular and what areas require the most work.

Cons

The only thing I can think of that might be better is feature to track which guiding pages are responsible for the loftiest percentage of visitors who immediately quit after clicking a link.

Pros

I love how easy it is to access information quickly on the main page. It's very well laid out for the user and the design is simple, but modern. I love being able to see my top referrers without clicking around, it helps me keep track of the performance of ads I may be running to direct traffic to my site. I also being able to see the returning visitors - once one of them contacts you, so you can go see which pages they checked out and have a better idea of how educated they are about the services you offer.

Cons

The only thing I find I don't really like is that some referrers don't seem to be shown. I usually only see the referrals from top sites such as Facebook, Instagram and Google, but when I check my Google Analytics I can see other smaller websites that traffics is coming from.

Reason for choosing TWIPLA

I use Google Analytics as well, and although there's more in-depth information available for keyword searches and referral break-downs, you have to do a lot of menu searching and clicking to get the data that you're looking for. Most importantly, I find that with Google Analytics my data is not current to the minute (sometimes it is a day behind), where with Visitor Analytics the moment there is a visitors on my site the data updates immediately. I greatly prefer having both Visitor Analytics and Google Analytics running on my site, as the cost on the pocket is pretty minimal for the service!

I do like that I can track where in the world my traffic comes from. I also really enjoy seeing if someone is a repeat visitor. I regret spending the extra money to be able to have recordings available. When I signed up for that perk, I got only a few recordings, and then nothing more. Not worth the money; it's not easy to understand how to get the all recordings I paid extra for.

Pros

I really enjoy being able to see the approximate location of people looking at my site. I also like how many ways in which analytics analyzes traffic patterns.

Cons

There are actually too many bells and whistles with the current updated version. It was easier to navigate before.

From a developer / agency perspective, the ease of setup and quick reporting are great to have. Enables you to provide accurate visitor data to clients with minimal time and effort. This is great for basic websites that don't require in-depth tracking, or any deep-dive tracking to make SEM or paid advertising decisions.

Pros

Very easy to setup, hardly any learning curve, very easy and quick to create basic client reports.

Cons

The price. Hard to make a case to a client that this is better than the free Google analytics tracking.The wix analytics integration is convenient for basic reports, but in my opinion it does not inspire the confidence that an SEMRush or Google Analytics does when collecting data, especially when needed for advertising campaign tracking or making advt budget decisions.

Google analytics can to do a lot more than visitor analytics, but it is cumbersome and needs an technical knowledge to set up and create reports.It is directly available in the Wix panel so it's super convenient to do a daily/weekly check of the data.Dashboard is visually very simple to read and understand - this makes reporting is really easy

I have no particular problems or complains. I would like to have a better interaction with my Google Ads campaigns.

Pros

I am very satisfied about the accuracy and detail of the information which I get on a daily basis. It is much more accurate than Google Analytics and I can obtain immediate feedback in terms of the impact of my Google Ads campaigns. Since I am an exporter of live animals I must be focused on the results of my marketing efforts. I am now able to determine either the success or failure of my campaigns immediately and I can adjust and modify them very quickly.

Cons

I think the price of the subscription is high compared to other online services which use, like Dropbox and my current Zone Alarm Antivirus and Firewall. The price should be more competitive. I currently have three Visitors Analytics accounts for three different websites, and I do think I deserve a discount in compensation for my loyalty. It never happened!

Pros

Its heatmap recording, google analytics management, event tracking, visitors funnels and all its functions works best. Its performance management in relation to Wix website is perfect.

So far I have not find any negatives of this app.

Installing it from the Wix app store and enabling it was like plug-and-play, it worked seamlessly and there were no speed issues or other complications, it worked perfectly.

The detailed statistics have helped me to understand my site's visitors, to get to know who and how visits my website,when and from where. It has also helped me to improve my marketing campaigns by learning from the data so as to build better ones.

Pros

WIth the Visitor Analytics application I can get a complete overview of my website stats, check my website's performance with user behaviour analytics and visitor's interaction features. It is very friendly and easy to use.You don't need to be an IT expert to use it. The best of all is that it can be added to my site;s dashboard and does not appear on my site.

Cons

I can't find any serious drawbacks.Sometimes the application doesn't load at all or it takes some time to load.

Using Visitor Analytics was an excellent experience for me. It has made it pretty clear to me how to improve my blog posts.

Pros

Visitor analytics is the best option to monitor my website visits. because it provides me with valuable information about my site's visitors and their habits. As a result, I'll be able to monitor how many visitors read my site's content, what pages they visit most often, and even which sections of my site they spend the most time on. By using visitor analytics, it is possible to acquire a more detailed view of my site visitors' activities. My website can observe how many customers leave without purchasing anything (and why), how long it takes them to purchase anything (and if so, why), and how much money each customer produces for my business.

Cons

To be honest, I was pleasantly delighted to learn that I can use the visitor analytics tool to estimate the monetary value of my webpage. For me, there are no downsides to this feature.

Pros

I find understand what city customers are from and if they are spending any length of time of any given page. My customers generally look a lot repeatdly and then contact me if interested rather than purchasing through the shop

Overall I think its pretty good. Cant think of anything I really dislike

Overall, It's been a great ride with Visitor Analytics because since the two years I've been using it, there has hardly been any downtime and I've been able to monitor activities on my website and gain some very valuable business insights like the different user metrics and dimensions and then I even know what works and what doesn't work on the website and I've been able to make adjustments accordingly. It has helped organic growth for my website a lot.

Pros

The feature that I like most about this software is the ease of use because it's very user-friendly and tailored for new or experienced users.

Cons

what I like least about this software is that it is difficult to track file downloads from websites with it. I even called the customer service once to ask if that feature could be added but they said it couldn't and then offered a different possible solution that turned out not to be practical.

Pros

Just knowing that people are visiting your website and seeing that they are looking at pages on it is an encouragement to keep on going, and not give up. When I first started out, I probably would have quit, but knowing that people were interested and looking kept me going. I'm so glad that in installed this app. Give it a try!

Cons

I would like to know where my visits are coming from without having to go to an IP location website.

There are multiple ways of knowing your visitors' location: Visitor Analytics Map, Live Visitors Map and via the visitors distribution tab where you can see the number of visitors per countries and per city. Terrible.

Pros

I have not used this software because the analytics it shows me seem very off from every other analytic site I use so I do not trust anything it says.

Cons

It comes with the Premium Wix plan and sneakily gets you to think it's free by being free for the first year, then switches to an almost $300 plan that you will have no use for. Then it will delete all the negative reviews that state this so all their reviews (forced reviews) look good for new unsuspecting customers. Very predatory. Any other app or subscription service emails you MULTIPLE times before renewing for a paid plan to avoid this issue so there is no excuse. Then they do not email you back when you ask for a refund. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

Pros

Quite insightful information that can be used to curate the website to better suit users needs.

Cons

Didnt track every visitor - when I reached out to them about missed visitors they were very responsive but I found the responses to be quite technical and didnt leave me feeling like the issue was resolved.

I'm surprised by what a team of my fellow Romanians have built. I run a small personal blog and data is precious to me. Having an ally by my side that simplifies the mystery behind who visits my blog means that I can focus on what I do best: create content that I hope is valuable and helps people!

Pros

While I'm not a giant fan of green all around, I can definitely appreciate the easy-to-use interface. As a designer, if a product doesn't feel good, I stop using it. For Visitor Analytics, I had one of the most pleasant experiences dealing with data. Google Analytics has a simplified interface now, but I still struggle with it sometimes. VA feels snappy and there aren't a lot of options to confuse me into what they do.

Cons

Since it's a new tool - or at least new to me - I don't feel like I'm getting the same kind of support or help files as I do with Google Analytics for example. It's only normal, as GA has been around for decades - there are a lot of people creating content about it. I just wish that there were more video tutorials to show me how to maximize my effectiveness with the tool. But hopefully we will get to that point soon.

This has been my first experience with any type of analytical software or website building, and I honestly have enjoyed the information I've gained just by having access to this valuable intel. When you're trying to build an experience around customer needs, it's important to know what they're looking for and how you can better assist them. Great customer service starts with great customers, and having access to Visitor Analytics has helped us with achieving that goal. For that, our shop says THANK YOU!

Pros

With how easy this software is to use, I really appreciate the way you're able to see your customers/clients interact with your website. When you care about what your visitors are looking for and learn their interests via your website, it makes it easier to analyze ways to improve your site, and make it more efficient. You're able to cater to your customers in a more personalized way, and that's crucial when trying to create a virtual connection with the audience you're trying to engage. It's also wonderful how you're able to see the channels in which the traffic comes in. Whether it's Google, social media platforms, or otherwise, it gives you a chance to see what's working well and what needs to be improved upon.

Cons

The one are I would like to see improve are the visitor videos. If you're using the basic version, you only get 15 videos. It would be nice to have the videos that don't contain much viable interaction somehow be filtered out, because most the videos that get reviewed are mostly dead air or non-responsive interactions.

Pros

Visitor Analytics is a great web analytic tool for me as a content and niche marketer. Key in my business is to be flexible and getting insights fast, without constantly learning about new features of a tool like Google Analytics. I have no time for their constant changes, i need a stable tool giving me key data, and not fancy AI information a robot thinks I should use run my business on ;-). I think this is quite a trap, it is always an intelligent person who should come up with conclusions about a digital marketing strategy, not a robot. Anyway, Visitor Analytics focuses on real data, and on the most important once, and also shows it in a very nice graphical way, which is very helpful in meetings with clients, who can't deal with numbers at all, at least my clients ;-). They need to see a graphic, to understand what is going on.

Cons

no cons :-), if I have an issue their support is outstanding
