Up to the minute statistics and I appreciate the ability to zoom into the various maps to see where my visitors are from. I was fascinated by the various pie charts including Devices, Operating Systems, Browsers not to mention Top Referrers. Cons Sometimes the information can be a little difficult to interpret - like overall visits vs. page visits vs. unique visits. Not sure which is most useful/what metric I should be looking at. And, of course, it is the number of page visits that is limited on the free trial (the one most likely to hit the limit each month) Alternatives considered [Statcounter](https://www.capterra.com/p/175203/Statcounter/) Reason for choosing TWIPLA Wix his this feature more readily available and easier to set up than stat counter, but stat counter can give more insight. However, these products can work in tandem. I can see where my traffic comes from and make chaneges to improve conversions. It also helps me to tweek and understand chanes i make to my site Pros I live the dashboard . It is more Granular than Google analtytics. I can make changes to my site and track how it effects the user experience. I am able to taylor how new clients use the sire. Maybe a email from a customer service person would be good, so we know we are getting the most out of it for our business. If you can show us what else we can do to improve things, we will be much happier with the product. Pros It's really great to be able to watch the activity on Visitor Analytics while running a live email campaign. I can see where people are from, and what they are looking at on my website. Cons Having to go back and forth to refresh each visitor. It's hard to know where you're up to, and you have to keep counting them. Maybe having the recent visitors on one panel next to the map would be easier, and maybe they could be numbered so you don't have to physically count them every time you go back to the list. It automatically starts tracking important demographics and other information without having to set up different dashboards and what you want to track. Cons Some of the features require a higher subscription when at the time I started using the software I had the highest tier there was.
