Overall it is a great source for our needs. Office likes the reports and financing and scheduling. The tech's like the app in the field as well.

Pros

Very easy to use and far more affordable than comparable alternatives. Customer service is always available to help with any questions.

Cons

While functional, the mobile experience can be slower or less smooth than the desktop version, particularly in the field.

It has been a very positive transition for our team. While no software is perfect, Payzerware has definitely streamlined our daily operations and improved our cash flow. It’s a reliable tool that keeps the office and the field technicians on the same page.

Pros

All-in-one business management software Payzerware is a very famous software among the industry. It's feature like dispatching, invoicing, and payment processing in one place has significantly cut down the administrative "double-entry." It has an ability to offer instant financing to customers .

Cons

The mobile app can feel a bit clunky and slow when syncing in areas with poor cellular service, which can be frustrating for technicians in the field. Also, the initial learning curve for the QuickBooks integration was steeper than expected; it took a few calls with support to get the mapping exactly right so our accounting didn't get messy.

It has simplified the process of demonstrating to the customers of the home-service that all their work, payments, and customer information can reside in a single place rather than in different tools.

Pros

I prefer to take contractors through live job boards and immediate payment options; it is easy to understand why their existing combination of apps is slowing them down.

Cons

I do not like how heavy it can be to explain each and every module during one particular demo, and that some smaller shops feel overwhelmed with all the possibilities initially.

Overall, business workflows benefit from cloud and mobile access. It is a great value for the price. It's an all in one platform handling handle payments, dispatch, scheduling, and CRM.

Pros

The payments side, including swift transaction processing, reliable posting of money transfers, clear status updates, and built-in security all help with the cash flow and reduces errors.

Cons

Sometimes we had trouble with QuickBooks syncing — especially with multiple company files — and occasional system bugs or connectivity issues arose.

Amazing experience overall. Setup was smoother than anticipated, payment processing was consistently fast, and money transfers posted reliably. Security features and permissions gave us peace of mind, and support was responsive when small issues surfaced. With a bit more refinement in refunds, documentation, and UI navigation, it would be near perfect for our use case.

Pros

Payment Processing was swift and efficient. The entire experience was very good. I especially appreciated how quickly transactions settled, the clear status updates, and the way deposits matched our reconciliation schedule. The interface for invoicing and collecting payments is intuitive, and built-in security measures inspired confidence. Overall, it saved our team time and reduced errors compared to our previous system.

Cons

While overall solid, there are areas that need polish. The learning curve for advanced configuration is steeper than expected, and documentation can be scattered. A few minor bugs appear in reporting filters and mobile layouts. Refund processing works but feels slower for partial returns, and the navigation could be more streamlined—too many clicks to reach certain payout and transfer details.
