Pros

Cons

Occasional syncing or performance issues may occur but other than that, nothing else was a problem. I enjoy using Payzerware

This is a great overall system to organize our dispatch board, take payments in the field and gain more positive reviews from our customers.

Pros

We use it for our plumbing company. It has been very easy to use and to train new employees on. It helps us to be able to organize our dispatch board daily and maximize profits.

Cons

We have had a few glitches with payments processing but other than that it has been easy to use and helps us organize everything in our business.

The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate—even for new users. It’s extremely accessible.

Cons

The mobile app can run slow during peak hours or when switching between tabs. This is a simple fix though, so it doesn’t effect my willingness to use it.

One of the easiest apps to use on any device. The steps are easy to follow and provide several copies of invoices so you can keep track of everything effectively.

The ability to email customers a bill and they can just pay it in the comfort of their home if we've already left for the day.

Pros

Customers can pay on our website just by entering the invoice details. We can take e-checks and credit cards. Customers can also apply for financing directly from the app.

Cons

Sometimes my guys have issues with the card readers. There is no way to swipe a card with the reader on the new iPhone it has to be input manually which costs a little more.

Hi Kristina, Payzer is happy to hear things are going well. Just a quick FYI, the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus comes with an attachment that plugs in to the lightning port at the bottom of the iPhone. The attachment that Apple includes with all iPhone 7 models enables anyone to plug in an accessory that has a male AUX adapter which is what our card readers have. The customer service sucks we cancelled our service June 13 th didn’t get the exit survey til a month later then billed us for the month of July after we had stated we wanted it cancelled and will not help us or refund us awful customer service.

Pros

It's super easy to use, and the recurring payments option is set and automatic so I don't have to think about anything each month. Love the instant emailed receipts and really love the built in payment options for large repairs or replacements. Also love the online payment option for my customers - they can make a payment anytime, day or night.

### "Good Software, But Unfair Contract Practices"

Despite having five months remaining on my contract, the company arbitrarily raised my monthly fee by 62%. This is a clear breach of good faith in contract performance. When I called to dispute this, two separate employees admitted that numerous customers are upset about these increases and further stated that supervisors refuse to speak to anyone. On two separate occasions, I formally requested to escalate this issue to upper management. No calls were ever returned. Instead, I was told dismissively that “it’s in the fine print that they can raise prices anytime they want within a contract.” This statement not only highlights the company’s exploitative contract language but also its willingness to use it against customers mid-term without accountability. Equally troubling, my assigned CSR representative never contacted me regarding this major change. When questioned about this lack of basic communication, an employee laughed and stated: “we don’t have the manpower for that.” Such conduct is not only unprofessional but disrespectful. This company has effectively created a situation where customers are trapped in contracts, subjected to arbitrary price hikes, denied access to management, and mocked when seeking resolution. This behavior is not consistent with fair business practices and warrants BBB review.

Pros

Payzerware combines scheduling, dispatch, CRM, invoicing, payment processing, and QuickBooks integration—all in a unified platform. It handles everything from appointment management to job dispatch and payments.

Cons

A common frustration among users is that Payzerware has raised subscription fees during the middle of an active contract. This unexpected cost increase can put businesses in a difficult financial position, especially when budgeting based on an agreed contract price.

All-in-one business management software Payzerware is a very famous software among the industry. It's feature like dispatching, invoicing, and payment processing in one place has significantly cut down the administrative "double-entry." It has an ability to offer instant financing to customers .

Cons

The mobile app can feel a bit clunky and slow when syncing in areas with poor cellular service, which can be frustrating for technicians in the field. Also, the initial learning curve for the QuickBooks integration was steeper than expected; it took a few calls with support to get the mapping exactly right so our accounting didn't get messy.

I prefer to take contractors through live job boards and immediate payment options; it is easy to understand why their existing combination of apps is slowing them down.

Cons

I do not like how heavy it can be to explain each and every module during one particular demo, and that some smaller shops feel overwhelmed with all the possibilities initially.
