It quite easy to set up a new driver, request new cards for new vehicles or even lost card replacement. It's nice to have the option to overnight replacement cards when needed. Pros The ease of driver's ability to fuel up anywhere without the worry of how to pay for it. We've not found a location that does not accept WEX. Cons What I like least about WEX Field Service Management is the ambiguity in mileage collection in how there are stricken mileages from our statement. Review Source Ryan T. It's feature like dispatching, invoicing, and payment processing in one place has significantly cut down the administrative "double-entry." It has an ability to offer instant financing to customers . Cons The mobile app can feel a bit clunky and slow when syncing in areas with poor cellular service, which can be frustrating for technicians in the field. Also, the initial learning curve for the QuickBooks integration was steeper than expected; it took a few calls with support to get the mapping exactly right so our accounting didn't get messy. The entire payzerware team has been there every step of the way and very helpful. The online quick books syncs perfectly. Accounting Manager Used the software for: Less than 1 year ### "Payzer is the WORST." February 27, 2025 1.0 We are new to Payzer (12/2024). We have multiple companies and multiple QB files. Payzer is only associated with one company. If anyone is logged in to any of the companies, Payzer will not sync. That is, if the QB Sync Tool even opens. I have kicked everyone out and 90% of the time it doesn't even open. We use many different services for our many companies and Payzer is bar none the worst so far. Why? Because it takes the csr's 2-3 hours to respond to a chat....if they respond (98% of the time they do not). If you call, you go through all the cues and then they disconnect you. We tried going through sales (because we are sure that matters to them) and we got through, but the rep disconnected us instead of getting us to a tech person. I say STAY AWAY. Manual on a pad and paper would be better. Pros Site is visually okay and that is about the most positive thing I can share. Cons Lack of customer service & continual connectivity. Not compatible with multiple QB files (companies). With Payzer this was not an issue... it works exactly the way they explained. and as for support - there is no one better - any time i have a question i reach out to the support staff and he answers, or finds the answer, to whatever it may be . couldnt be happier.
