Pros

I like how Payzerware makes estimating, invoicing, and payment collection simple and efficient in one platform. It helps streamline workflows and improves communication with customers.

Cons

Occasional syncing or performance issues may occur but other than that, nothing else was a problem. I enjoy using Payzerware

The on boarding experience has been great. Very friendly knowledgeable people always willing to help with anything

Pros

The product is very easy to learn. It had everything we needed and than some. The data migration went perfect. The entire payzerware team has been there every step of the way and very helpful. The online quick books syncs perfectly.

Cons

The Profit Rino flat rate add on package is not near as robust as the program offered from Profit Rhino itself.

The virus issue must be addressed it does cause issue with cliental and does not exactly give the prompt image we demand .

The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate—even for new users. It’s extremely accessible.

Cons

The mobile app can run slow during peak hours or when switching between tabs. This is a simple fix though, so it doesn’t effect my willingness to use it.

Pros

We use it for our plumbing company. It has been very easy to use and to train new employees on. It helps us to be able to organize our dispatch board daily and maximize profits.

We have had a few glitches with payments processing but other than that it has been easy to use and helps us organize everything in our business.

occasional glitches: we have experienced issues with QuickBooks syncing, card reader malfunctions, and occasional system bugs.

One of the easiest apps to use on any device. The steps are easy to follow and provide several copies of invoices so you can keep track of everything effectively.

Cons

No complaints, the only issue I had was swiftly taken care of by their exceptional customer service department.

We really like the ease and speed of processing the payments in the field. It save the office staff a lot of time.

Cons

The issues we have are not necessarily payzer issues...glitchy sync issues, internet service in the field hinders use, etc.

When it comes to software there is usually a big letdown period when how the software actually works in the office environment. With Payzer this was not an issue... it works exactly the way they explained. and as for support - there is no one better - any time i have a question i reach out to the support staff and he answers, or finds the answer, to whatever it may be . couldnt be happier.

Good quick app to accept payment. I don’t really like how the check reader has to have the perfect background to process a check. Other than that it is good.

Pros

The E-Check feature is very beneficial to my business. I no longer have to wait for technicians to physically give me checks to deposit for payment.

Cons

The card readers do not have chip capability. Some of my techs have had challenges with swiping cards and causes us to have to manually input some credit card payments.

Pros

Its user friendly, very straight forward. The devices are very tough without being to big. The immediate email notification when a card is processed helps cut out the missing payment information.

My overall experience is that of ease. It quite easy to set up a new driver, request new cards for new vehicles or even lost card replacement. It's nice to have the option to overnight replacement cards when needed.

Pros

The ease of driver's ability to fuel up anywhere without the worry of how to pay for it. We've not found a location that does not accept WEX.

Cons

What I like least about WEX Field Service Management is the ambiguity in mileage collection in how there are stricken mileages from our statement.

All-in-one business management software Payzerware is a very famous software among the industry. It's feature like dispatching, invoicing, and payment processing in one place has significantly cut down the administrative "double-entry." It has an ability to offer instant financing to customers .

Cons

The mobile app can feel a bit clunky and slow when syncing in areas with poor cellular service, which can be frustrating for technicians in the field. Also, the initial learning curve for the QuickBooks integration was steeper than expected; it took a few calls with support to get the mapping exactly right so our accounting didn't get messy.

### "Good Software, But Unfair Contract Practices"

Despite having five months remaining on my contract, the company arbitrarily raised my monthly fee by 62%. This is a clear breach of good faith in contract performance. When I called to dispute this, two separate employees admitted that numerous customers are upset about these increases and further stated that supervisors refuse to speak to anyone. On two separate occasions, I formally requested to escalate this issue to upper management. No calls were ever returned. Instead, I was told dismissively that “it’s in the fine print that they can raise prices anytime they want within a contract.” This statement not only highlights the company’s exploitative contract language but also its willingness to use it against customers mid-term without accountability. Equally troubling, my assigned CSR representative never contacted me regarding this major change. When questioned about this lack of basic communication, an employee laughed and stated: “we don’t have the manpower for that.” Such conduct is not only unprofessional but disrespectful. This company has effectively created a situation where customers are trapped in contracts, subjected to arbitrary price hikes, denied access to management, and mocked when seeking resolution. This behavior is not consistent with fair business practices and warrants BBB review.

Pros

Payzerware combines scheduling, dispatch, CRM, invoicing, payment processing, and QuickBooks integration—all in a unified platform. It handles everything from appointment management to job dispatch and payments.

Cons

A common frustration among users is that Payzerware has raised subscription fees during the middle of an active contract. This unexpected cost increase can put businesses in a difficult financial position, especially when budgeting based on an agreed contract price.
