Pros: The ease of use, great for rez managers to manage day to day operations of their call centers, good supply of different reports, giving you the upper hand in analyzing real, live data not only on a day by day, but even hour by hour of the operation, helping you to make necessary changes with staffing or offers.

Cons: Possibly the cost, the company i worked for, constantly talked about the price, but in reality for any manager that has used this product, is really worth the price.

Overall: Overall, Navis is not just a product you purchase, is really a partner, their support team is superb, always looking for ways to help, reviewing data alongside the companies, great company and great people. Top notch customer service.

Pros: Narrowcast is very user-friendly and easy to use. The support staff at Navis is always eager to help with any training needs and extremely efficient. They give you real training tools for you to be successful.

Cons: The only downside is that the cost of the software is higher than most other companies that offer similar software.

Overall: Customer lead management and reservation call training were the main features of the software that I used. I love the Navis product and their support staff are the best in the business!
