Pros

Ce que j'apprécie le plus chez HERAW est la planification facile des contenus, gestion efficace des équipes et sa facilité d'utilisation. C'est un logiciel très simple et totalement gratuit.

Je n'utilise pas toutes les capacités d'HERAW, je partage des dossiers photos avec mes clients le temps qu'ils téléchargent leurs fichiers.

Pros

Pour l'utilisation photographe que j'en ai, la mise en partage et le diaporama est de qualité et agréable pour mes clients.

Cons

Toujours avec l'utilisation réduite que j'en ai, je ne vois pas de point faible

Pros

La solution regroupe la majorité des besoins pour la production de nos projets. Du planning au suivi de projet. En passant par le partage de fichier sécurisé et du stockage des assets une fois le projet terminé. De nombreuses fonctionnalités comme la visio viennent se greffer à l’outil qui permet de vraiment avancer sur un projet sans quitter l’écosystème. Des connexions très pratiques avec certains outils comme première pro de Adobe qui aident aussi à optimiser la productivité.

Cons

Pas de points négatifs à noter, l’outil étant continuellement en développement nous pouvons faire part de nos besoins aux équipes qui les intègrent à leur roadmap si la demande est pertinente.

L'outil est simple et intuitif à utiliser, ce qui fait que dès le premier jour l'onboarding est très rapide. Nous avons une dizaine de personnes en interne sur Heraw en ce moment. Dès qu'il y a un doute ou un problème, l'équipe de Heraw est très disponible et nous répond rapidement. Pour nous l'expérience est top !

Pros

Nous avons gagné un temps considérable sur nos projets de contenu (le coeur de notre métier). Les clients, les prestataires et nos équipes se retrouvent sur un même espaces pour échanger, annoter et faire avancer les projets que nous devons livrer. Pour nous c'est un gain de temps et d'argent, on économise environ 250€ par vidéo (Plus de 500 vidéos produites à l'année). Ce qui est top, c'est que nous n'avons pas besoin d'avoir un Dropbox, un GDrive ou un WeTransfer pour travailler sur un projet et cela fluidifie considérablement les process chez nous et nos clients (ou presta).

Cons

C'est dommage que nous ne pouvons pas encore faire du time reporting afin de voir rapidement combien de temps un presta ou un membre de notre équipe a passé sur un projet (nous sommes toujours sur Excel). Mais à priori, on nous a dit que c'était dans la roadmap pour 2021 :)
