We have been working with Amenitiz for four years, and for over a year now we have noticed a clear improvement, particularly in support, both in terms of accessibility, with more channels and more days available, and in the competence and professionalism of the operators. Their platform offers an interesting quality-price ratio, but it is held back by an architecture that is not always straightforward or intuitive, and is probably the result of successive layers of development. For this very reason, support plays a key role in preventing mistakes and quickly resolving unexpected and undesirable situations. All in all, they are a dynamic and interesting company, and if they continue investing in making the platform increasingly modern and flexible, they can truly reach a very high level.

Pros

It is a comprehensive platform with a range of features and modules that allows you to manage the main aspects of a small to medium-sized tourism business with a good price-quality ratio, from the website and pricing setup to the management of multiple sales channels and communication with guests. Its support is constantly improving in terms of accessibility, as well as quality and effectiveness.

Cons

The platform is very complex in its configuration logic, perhaps as a result of successive layers of development without ever undergoing a serious full-scale reengineering. This can easily lead to configuration errors that may cause various kinds of problems and create an overall sense of fragility that does not inspire much confidence. With customer care continuously improving, these negative aspects are being contained and managed, but a radical intervention would be desirable to turn the platform into something far more modern, flexible, and intuitive.

A full package of services for the right price. We support and recommend Amenitiz to hoteliers, young and old!

The concept of a Service Suite for a management software.

Cons

Minor: the fact that the period of stay for each guest is not repeated in all pages and all information popups. We consider that very important.

When I was a potential customer, they were on the spot. Once I signed everything went downhill, as the promised they made were not fullfilled. Website is super limited, customer service is ridiculous.

Pros

They are amazing at selling. Before you buy, they do seem to take care of you and answer questions (some quite dishonestly)

Cons

Customer service is almost non existant. They believe their chatbot (Bellman they call it) is a good idea (might be for saving money) but it is useless. Talk to a person? On average it will take a week and "they cannot schedule" calls. So just adapt to their times.

I am working with Amenitiz 1,5 years and am really happy with them. My own beautiful website where people can book & pay, just one calendar and all reservations on one place and a friendly helpdesk.

Pros

I like most to have one place for my calendar and reservations and I like my own website, it looks very professional. the helpdesk is also very friendly. Also the platform is linked with Chekin so my guests register online prior to arrival and that causes a smooth check-in.

Cons

the chatbot can be helpful sometime and not helpful at other times. But you can always request human assistence.

Pros

My website. It’s amazing, easy to use and my direct bookings have increased dramatically.

Cons

At the beginning it was a bit more difficult to get support but this has significantly improved and it’s the best support from any online platform I know.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. Amenitiz has made managing my apartments much easier by centralizing reservations, availability, rates and day-to-day operations in one platform. It has helped me save time, reduce mistakes across channels and stay more organized. The interface is intuitive and it’s a solid solution for anyone managing multiple properties.

Pros

I use Amenitiz as my PMS and channel manager to manage multiple apartments, and it has made my day-to-day operations much easier. Having reservations, availability and rates centralized in one place saves time and reduces mistakes across channels. Highly recommended for property managers.

Cons

Some advanced features take a bit of time to fully master at the beginning, especially if you manage multiple listings. Also, I’d love to see a few more automation options and reporting customization, but overall it keeps improving

Es fantástico tener tu propia pagina web, y tener todas las demás plataformas sincronizada con este Channel Manager Amenitiz. Tan solo hay que ponerse en manos de ellos y te gestionan todo. Ademas el poder actualizar precios de forma masiva es genial.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado es el servicio de atención al cliente. Cuando haces una pregunta por mail, tardan muy poco en contestar. Las respuestas que te dan, son precisas y lo suelen acompañar de videos explicativos que ayudan de forma excepcional, tan solo hay que seguir los pasos y todo perfecto.

Cons

Todo genial, no tengo nada negativo que comentar.

Agée de 77 ans, je travaille avec AMENITIZ depuis plusieurs années. Avec soulagement .... ayant eu auparavant plusieurs expériences désastreuses et stressantes

Le fait que les services d'AMENITIZ soient toujours accessibles en cas de difficulté est très appréciable.

Cons

Bien sûr, la configuration est un peu compliquée mais pas plus que chez d'autres qui sont de véritables "usines à gaz". Et ce que j'ai apprécié, c'est qu'ils sont là pour nous aider à ce moment là. Et dès qu'on leur signale un bug, toute l'équipe est sur le pont.

Ils se rachètent les uns les autres et tentent d'uniformiser les systèmes. Tout cela se fait à l'arrache sur le dos des clients. Ca devient des "usines à gaz" . Avec certains, je n'avais même pas d'interlocuteurs parlant français.

Siempre que he tenido algún problema, o duda sobre algo, siempre me han atendido con mucha diligencia y corrección, y sobre todo me gusta que hay videoconferencias constantemente para ayudar a resolver nuevos problemas o nuevas soluciones para un montón de cuestiones.

Pros

El servicio es magnífico, así como la atención ante cualquier problema, la resolución es rápida y eficaz.

Cons

De momento ninguna desventaja, espero seguir teniendo el mismo trato durante mucho tiempo. Buena disposición siempre para solucionar problemas

En general, recomiendo Amenitiz, pero sería ideal que ajusten el sistema de facturación para que sea más funcional en países como México.

Pros

El centro de ayuda es excelente: responden muy rápido, ya sea por correo o directamente por el chat del sistema. Una función que me encanta es el Price Advisor, que te da recomendaciones de tarifas analizando la competencia, algo muy útil para ajustar precios estratégicamente. Otro punto a favor es que los mensajes de Booking y Expedia los puedes contestar directamente desde el sistema de Amenitiz, lo que facilita la comunicación con los huéspedes y mejora tu porcentaje de respuesta, algo que es clave para mantener buenas calificaciones en estas plataformas. Además, los huéspedes pueden pagar directamente en la página web mediante Amenitiz Pay, lo que nos ha ayudado a captar más reservas directas.

Cons

Lo único que no me termina de convencer es el sistema de facturación, especialmente porque en México el SAT es muy específico con los impuestos. Actualmente no he podido facturar porque no permite agregar el impuesto al hospedaje, y la facturación es un aspecto clave para los hoteleros en México. Espero que puedan mejorar esa parte pronto.Lo único que no me termina de convencer es el sistema de facturación, especialmente porque en México el SAT es muy específico con los impuestos. Actualmente no he podido facturar porque no permite agregar el impuesto al hospedaje, y la facturación es un aspecto clave para los hoteleros en México. Espero que puedan mejorar esa parte pronto.

### "Déception suite au démarchage telephonique"

Suite à un démarchage téléphonique pour souscrire à Amenitiz, la présentation initiale semblait très prometteuse. Tout était clair, fluide et bien vendu. Cependant, lors de l’échange avec le conseiller 4 jours plus tard pour la mise en place de l’outil, de nombreux éléments se sont révélés ne pas correspondre à mes attentes ni à ce qui m’avait été présenté. J’ai donc immédiatement demandé la résiliation, dans le respect du délai légal de rétractation . Depuis, aucun retour de la part d’Amenitiz, malgré plusieurs relances.

Pros

Aucun - par contre la force de vente à distance est au top !

Cons

Le service réclamation après vente : aucun retour de tous leurs services après une demande de résiliation dans le délai légal de rétractation

Una solución integral y eficaz para la gestión de apartamentos turísticos Llevamos un tiempo utilizando Amenitiz como motor de reservas y channel manager para nuestros apartamentos turísticos y la experiencia ha sido excelente. La plataforma es intuitiva, ágil y muy completa, lo que nos ha permitido optimizar la gestión de calendarios, tarifas y disponibilidad en todos nuestros canales de venta sin complicaciones. Destacamos especialmente: La facilidad de uso del panel de control, ideal para el día a día. La integración fluida con OTAs (Booking, Airbnb, etc.) sin errores ni sobreventas. Un motor de reservas propio que funciona muy bien y nos ha ayudado a aumentar las reservas directas. Y lo mejor, un soporte técnico eficaz y cercano, que responde rápido y con soluciones claras. En resumen, estamos muy satisfechos con el servicio de Amenitiz. Es una herramienta que nos ahorra tiempo, mejora la eficiencia y transmite profesionalidad a nuestros huéspedes desde el primer clic.

Cons

De momento lo unico malo es que no se permite conexion a API,...el resto se que estan con mejoras continuas.

la piattaforma è carina, sembrano molto gentili , ma sono degli incompetenti . Hanno fatto diversi errori ho le mail salvate

Sono degli assoluti incomoetenti: durante una seduta di formazione, LA formatrice , mi ha sbagliato un collegamento con una ota e non sapeva perchè cosa fosse XML che compariva in alto - LA FORMATRICE- per colpa sua ho ricevuto una prenotazione a prezzi stracciati e io le avevo detto di darmi il tempo di impostare il piano tariffario. Ti fanno una formazione a step e quindi se hai urgenza di aprire non sono didposti a dedidarc ipiù di tanto se non con il sipporto telefonico e anche lì.... una ragazzo che mi ha risposto e mi ha impostato una tariffa per agosto ha messo due restrizioni che andavano in confrlitto tra di lor e quindi non si rendeva conto che questo no mi avrebbe peresso di ottenre delle prenotazioni. Inotre , loro non danno assitenza diretta durante i week end, momento in cui lavorando nel settore del turismo problablmente hai più bisogno. E' chiaramente in contraddizione con il settore in cui si lavora e il tipo di assistenza che si decide di dare. Ho un ticket aperto per una problematica aperta ed essendo il sabato e la domenica di mezzo non ho ancora ricevuto assitenza e per colpa loro continuano ad arrivare prenotazioni sbagliate. In tutto ciò io ho un piano plus e pago circa € 100,oo al mese

Des petits bugs irritants depuis 4 ans, comme des cases qui ne fonctionnent (charges factures par exemple) , ou "tout supprimer" dans l'onglet notification qui ne fonctionne toujours pas non plus , .. mais dans l'ensemble cela n'empêche pas la recommandation.

Pros

Amenitiz a vraiment simplifié la gestion de mon établissement : site internet, réservations, planning… tout est centralisé et facile à utiliser. L’équipe support est réactive et bienveillante, et les fonctionnalités sont pensées pour nous faire gagner du temps

Cons

Les commissions AmenitizPay sont certes un peu élevées, mais c’est un gage de sécurité et de fiabilité. Les paiements s’intègrent automatiquement dans la fiche client, ce qui évite les erreurs et facilite la gestion quotidienne. Un gain de sérénité non négligeable

Pour me faire souscrire, j'avais 3 appels par jour. Pour obtenir une modification, plus personne, des robots sans intérêt. aujourd'hui, impossible de récupérer mon site et de retrouver l'autonomie de navigation sur les autres sites comme airbnb, etc...

La création du site. J'ai été en contact avec une personne compétente qui avait bien cerné ma demande et mes attentes

Cons

Navigation pas top. Gestion d'un problème via un robot, ce n'est pas ce que j'attendais en payant un abonnement aussi important.

Positiva, a reserva de lo que puse en lo anterior. Me gusta el tema de stripe y tener un costo bajo por transferencias interbancarias.

la atención es rápida y aclaran todas tus dudas. son pacientes los asesores para escuchar tus dudas y darles solución.

Cons

cuando migré de channel manager a amenitiz, me desconectaron de booking, quedé a la deriva y no tuve reservas por booking durante 17 días, lo cual yo no pude saber porque amenitiz nunca me advirtió de esa desconexión , hasta que un agente de amenitiz me llamó y me conectó, pero fue un boquete en mis finanzas de ése mes.

Their product is completely and utterly unusable for me. Despite proving this to them, and despite hiring a developer from my end to help them improve their product, they weren't interested.The worst part? They won't let me out of the contract. Do yourself a favor and look for an alternative. Unless you want to get rid of your money, your guests, and your nerves.

Pros

I have to admit I learned a lot about what not to do in terms of advertising.Their website and their customer service claims served as a great reminder how to quickly ruin a business by overpromising and underdelivering. Or in their case, not delivering at all by selling an unusable product.

Cons

They promise the world and deliver absolutely nothing. In the end, you're left with a product that is harmful to your business, and you spent countless hours and money for this "service". They are not interested in resolving any issues. They count on the fact that you already spent too much time to make amenitiz software work, and that you won't leave them because you don't want to spend that time somewhere else, again.A business model that will ruin them, for sure. Clients are not as stupid as amenitiz seem to think they are.
