Le contenu est facile à mettre à jour donc les équipes Kley gagnent du temps et diffusent facilement du contenu. Et les étudiants bénéficient de services supplémentaires : météo, horaires de transports, news, infos pratiques sur la résidence... Pros Signao propose toutes les fonctionnalités que nous recherchions : affichage des horaires des transports en commun, météo, vidéos, news... Toutes ces informations sont très pratiques pour nos étudiants et nous permettent de faire facilement vivre l'affichage dans nos résidences étudiantes. Cons Nous avons eu du mal à bien prendre en main le logiciel : au départ nous n'avions aucun accompagnement pour installer le STEEQ (seulement sur le chat mais pas très pratique). Ce problème est maintenant résolu puisque nous avons un technicien qui nous assiste par téléphone. Nous avons aussi eu du mal à donner la main à nos équipes locales et que je puisse voir leur contenu. Tout fonctionne correctement maintenant à priori.
