They have exceeded my expectations when it comes to prompt response times and diving into a problem after hours. Pros The Fuelcloud software has been very easy to use and update. I appreciate the intuitive nature of the software and the option to make records as simple or as detailed as I deem necessary to capture transactions. Cons The headaches we had when first using it. The micro-SD card kept getting fried. We were one of the first commercial users of the system and really put it through it's paces. The bugs have been worked out and it runs great now.
