There were some suggestions on breathing and meditation which do help. To me , the identification of my unnecessary stress levels itself was an eye opener. Pros I could see real time stress levels and it helped me reailze how I tend to take stress on silly things .....it help put a perspective and make life simler. Pros \- The overall concept and the sessions you have with yourself (exercises) are easy to follow. - The graphs showing the variability give you good insights, so you might be able to know what brings you up and down in terms of stress. - Reminder option is handy. - The 'get help' option is good as any app like this will have its limitations when a professional needs to get involved (e.g. psychologist). Cons \- The process and the app are not intuitive enough. For example, it would be great to have a message to request you to calibrate as soon as you wear it for the first time. It is important to know how a better UX/UI can support the user across the journey.
