Pros

The most important aspect of sales operations is closing the deals part. At this point Tapdesk contributes so much to our sales channels.

Cons

We would be extremely please if there were a desktop program version of Tapdesk.

I have used several different CRM systems over the past years. For various reasons, I changed them, sometimes they lacked some functionality, but most often it was an excess of them, a feeling of constant fatigue and overwhelming during everyday use. Many CRMs enforce a separate db for Contacts and Organizations. Sometimes it is difficult to combine them in Leads, opportunities, clients. That's why I was still looking for a new CRM to manage Leads. I'm not looking no more. Tabdesk is perfect. Clean, enjoyable UI. Efficient at work. Perfect. Zen. Ideal.

Pros

Clean, enjoyable UI. Simplicity of this app helps with typical for CMS overwhelmed feeling.

Cons

No option to convert leads into managed clients in the Clients table.

Pros

Tapdesk is the only CRM that's been able to keep me organized and increase my sales. If you're looking for a CRM tool, I totally recommend Tapdesk! Customer data is at our finger tips and we are able to work super independently, but do so efficiently. We send out less emails now because everything has centralized in one place.

Cons

\> Password is so hectic :/ > If I could change the text / customise them according to my need.

Pros

I appreciate that Tapdesk combines a lead search feature with a CRM. This helps me keep my prospecting and sales pipeline tools in one place.

Cons

I would love if the business search export would include the location of the business.

Support has been amazing, they really helped walk me through a few issues as I was getting started.

Pros

Adding contacts is seamless, custom field placeholders in campaigns saving me a lot of time.

Cons

I think their could be a bit of work in the automation of campaigns, but I know this is on the road map.

I’ve only had it for 3 or 4 days but so far I love it!

Pros

It's easy to use, and I was up and running in minutes. The best part is the support team is so attentive to the needs of its customers. I ran into issues on two separate occasions and contacted their support and they were extremely helpful and solved my problems both times.

Cons

Wish it had a more robust campaign builder and email functionality.
