Traumatizing. Will never work with this company or any affiliated company in the future.

It does what tons of other softrware does

Cons

Reviews go to their own site. No help in getting visible reviews. Customer support is despicable. We tried to cancel 1 day before renewal and kept getting transferred then disconnected. We tried again1-2 days later and they refused to cancel because we called them a day after renewal. They canceled the contract but went ahead and charged for the month anyway!

Pros

Technology is always changing, it is wonderful that Practice Mojo changes with it. They continuously are adding updates and things that make the software more efficient and user-friendly!

Cons

We are a dental practice, so we assume all software is designed for us HAHA. There could have been a bit more personalization with campaigns.

Customer service was excellent. The program itself was undergoing a lot of changes while we were using it...both software and company ownership. That was ultimately our reason for leaving. We needed something more.

Pros

I liked the look and feel of most of their templates and images. They offered some less dental-y concepts and inserted humor into things. Dental practices have a hard enough time trying to get people to schedule, using boring marketing makes the task that much harder. I appreciated some of the tongue-in-cheek materials to choose from.

Cons

Loading your own images into their system took an outside app and an act of god. I'm sure they have fixed this by now...(I hope!). It was difficult to modify scheduled campaigns for our specific recall cycle.

It's funny because Demandforce itself was going through a shift in ownership and while we needed support to understand how to use the platform more effectively, they were lacking in consistent reps to work with and the hassle of having to retell the history or how we got to our technical issue every time we reached out was tedious.

At the time, it was linked to Smart Practice and we used them for other things and we knew everyone who would be helping us use the product.
