Pros We have had both success with manually uploading files as well as verifying emails via the API. Cons The one complaint I would have would be the unknown responses. Pros When I first used this I ran into some issues with not understanding things. Support was extremely fast and polite. Since then, they have improved and made it much easier to use. I'm impressed. It does exactly what it says it would do in straightforward and intuitive way at a price point that is very reasonable considering the other alternatives. Pros I love that it has Lead Finder, so that you can find more leads if you need them. You might be interested in what this software if you want to validate your current emails and clean out the ones you don't need. This software is well worth the value. Cons I originally purchased this on AppSumo and have a lifetime deal with this software. Unfortunately there is a daily limit on the number of emails you can verify each day. Great customer service as we did have a small issue and they fixed it right away. Pros It does a pretty good job in detect inactive emails and emails that are dud that will count as a bounce affecting our sending score. Cons Some emails are uncertain. This is an extra feature I haven't seen anywhere else. Cons It was a little unclear whether the remainder of the cleaned list were good email addresses (they are!), and we needed to clarify with support at first. It detects the invalid email addresses as well as catch all email addresses which helps in improving the deliverability and hence lower bounce rates. Cons I wish there were more direct api connections but more are coming soon. Reason for choosing Clearout I saw the credit system and realized the savings even as my list grows.
