This was not a language available on any other platforms. We asked Hackerearth to add it for us and they were able to. They are able to customize and scale the product for every need and meet customer asks. We had used another assessment website previously that was not able to do this. HackerEarth gave me more confidence as a recruiter to assess technical candidates without getting the hiring teams involved. They were also very supportive and helpful to provide free trials etc. Cons The pricing is based on users and number of jobs rather than a flat rate. So it could be a con depending on how companies plan to use it and how much they know about their hiring. A lot of companies use hackerearth for coding challenges required for talent hiring. The scoring is pretty significant along with reporting and analysis. Also, we can easily cancel test and the creation is pretty easy too. It also provides tests and hackathons for individuals to get associated and make themselves readied up for an assignment. I like using this platform for my career growth. Pros This platform is great for attending Hackathons and getting up to date. Many renowned companies and organizations organize hackathons and competitions, that you can participate. I am from India and I did participated twice in international company organized hackathon. Now coming to the coding platform there's a sport called codearena where you have to code instantly against your opponent to win the match. Its very interesting for a programmer to build competitive coding skills . And people also do get hired from this platform. Similar to hackathons many companies put vaccancies and hiring is also done here. Cons Till now as such thing i didnt found here.
