I'm so glad we changed shipping partners to Metrobi! Pros Metrobi offers highly flexible shipping options for a range of shipping needs. For my context of high-volume perishable food deliveries, it offered the flexibility I needed with a stellar network of drivers that I can depend on. Metrobi's chat function is a complete game-changer, as there are last-minute fixes such as address updates or stop deletions that I can simply ask they take care of. Then they just notify me when done! It is orders of magnitude better than any other shipping solution on the market as far as I am currently aware.
