Metrobi has been a consistently reliable delivery partner for our printed marketing materials. Their real-time tracking and clear communication make it easy to plan our campaigns with confidence. Cons

Metrobi is a well-built platform with very few drawbacks in its use. High-volume delivery businesses can rely on their bulk upload functionalities, flexibility in route updates, and a reliable base of drivers who are both skilled and pleasant to work with. I'm so glad we changed shipping partners to Metrobi!

Pros

Metrobi offers highly flexible shipping options for a range of shipping needs. For my context of high-volume perishable food deliveries, it offered the flexibility I needed with a stellar network of drivers that I can depend on. Metrobi's chat function is a complete game-changer, as there are last-minute fixes such as address updates or stop deletions that I can simply ask they take care of. Then they just notify me when done! It is orders of magnitude better than any other shipping solution on the market as far as I am currently aware.

Cons

The platform at times can be hard to navigate, specifically the map viewer. At times driver routes are hard to distinguish and the driver location icons are not updated in real time. Some drivers are not as good of quality as others.

I don't like that the clients do not have an app to use. When I am out on the road or not at my desk, l want to be able to log in to an app and manage my account - not have to log in through the phone browser.

Pros

Metrobi provides an excellent and responsive delivery service that saves me 40% or more compared to UPS or Fedex. Our clients receive their packages faster, and I can find drivers whenever I need them. Metrobi has transformed how we distribute our packages across the state!

Cons

It does require more time to create Metrobi routes than to just print delivery stickers for UPS. It is worth the time invested though, and I get faster every week. I would appreciate some additional controls to manually assign preferred drivers between my routes and to know the size of their delivery vehicles.

Metrobi's drivers are more consistent and reliable than other services we've used. The notifications to the customer are also great, customers have peace of mind being able to see when to expect their delivery. The support team is very attentive and quick to respond and actually knowledgeable enough to help troubleshoot issues when they arise.

Cons

Drivers often default to calling us directly instead of dispatch support. It's preferable when support is the first point of contact to minimize our administrative time.

Metrobi is great! The support is amazing, the platform is easy to use and they even send tracking links to my customers. Not to mention the Shopify integration or the Shopify Extension that are AMAZING!

So far, so good. I\`ve had one smaller issue with one driver, but their team took care of it and banned him from my network.

The fact that the drivers don't just walk up and shove a phone in your face, these are english speaking drivers capable of conversing and understanding.

Every order arrived on time, and the drivers consistently represented our brand well.. polite, communicative, and careful with our products. While our overall experience with Metrobi has been very positive, one area that could use improvement is driver availability during peak hours or holidays. On a few occasions, we had to schedule deliveries further in advance than we would have liked due to limited availability in our area. That said, the team was proactive in communicating and helping us find solutions , and we’ve noticed improvements over time.

Pros

The setup was quick, and the repeat delivery feature saves us time every week. I like how the dashboard keeps things organized, and the communication from their team is clear and responsive. Whenever we’ve had a question or something didn’t go as planned, someone was there to help without delays.

Cons

There have been a few small delivery delays, and once or twice a driver went to the wrong entrance. Nothing major, and they’ve always handled it well, but it’s worth mentioning.

When you’re running events, you can’t afford late or missing deliveries. That’s why we use Metrobi’s courier services—they’re always on time, and their route optimization makes sure nothing gets delayed. Whether we’re moving equipment, food, or decor, their drivers handle everything with care. Planning events is stressful enough, but at least deliveries are one thing I don’t have to worry about anymore.

Pros

No more late deliveries screwing up my events. The drivers? Professional and actually give a damn. Booking takes like two clicks—ridiculously easy.

Wish they had more same-day options, but planning ahead helps.

Metrobi handles my food deliveries like a pro. Their route optimization ensures everything gets their piping hot and on time. I’ve used other services, but none of ‘em stack up. Drivers are friendly, and the tech’s super easy to use.

Pros

Food stays hot, and it’s always on time, friendly and professional drivers, and scheduling takes seconds—super simple.

Cons

Would love more nighttime delivery options, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Our contact person, \[sensitive content hidden\] is very attentive to our needs and regularly checks in to ensure everything is running smoothly. The dashboard is user-friendly, the pricing is reasonable, and we have no complaints so far.

Pros

We've significantly reduced costs by having a single driver handle multiple pickup and drop-off locations.

Cons

When I tested the delivery process as a customer, I noticed that the interface I saw as an administrator was different from what a regular customer would see. I believe this could have been resolved by using a different email address, so it's not a major issue.

Metrobi just gets it. Their drivers are quick, their tracking is on point, and I’ve never had a single issue. It’s the easiest courier service I’ve ever used.

Pros

Fast deliveries, every time. The tracking is next-level. Super easy to schedule.

Cons

No complaints at all. I've been using them for some time now without any issues.
