Pros The customer support team is absolutely first class. 24hrs, if you need anything, have questions about drivers, routes, pricing etc, they are there and tremendously responsive / helpful. The platform is super easy to use & understand, and it's helped grow my business significantly. Cons There are times where you're rolling the dice with drivers, even if they are vetted. I've had drivers do their own routes, take their sweet time or not be able to solve simple delivery issues on their own. But, Metrobi is quick to identify those drivers and seed them out. The ap works well. The drivers have done a gread job with our fragile and often heavy products. Our customers are happy, so we are happy.
