Pros This donor portal is primarily for Catholic institutions. Cons There is a monthly fee to use the portal, which we had to drop them because it was too costly for our Catholic apostolate with all volunteers. They try to have other tools that sync with the donor portal, like a mailing list or social media back links, but I think if they focused on being a donor portal only they would shine. We switched to PayPal because, at the time, many of our donors were more familliar with PayPal and didn't trust GiveCentral. Since then GC has developed more trust for their brand amongst Catholics.
