Response from Vendor December 12, 2019 A very unfair review. The software calculates buyers premium and GST correctly. The software has been widely used by mining and general auctioneers covering all types of auctions: live, online, simulcast and online tenders. We offered to change the software to suit the customer's business requirements but this was declined. This is a direct quotation from another auctioneer who ran a farm clearance auction using the same version of the software: " Paul - I wanted to let you know everything worked well and we had a very successful auction. Your system is great. As first time users we had some challenges but we got through it and everything worked really well. ... On a personal note, you have been wonderful. You have guided us through everything with patience and expertise.
