Herrlich von Überall alle Mitarbeiter checken, abends schnell Rechnung schreiben wenn der Auftrag abgeschlossen ist.

Pros

Schnell, unkompliziert und preiswert Ich würde die App auf jeden Fall Handwerksbetrieben empfehlen ... schon ab einem Mitarbeiter lohnt es sich.

Cons

manchmal, sehr selten muss man die App neu starten, in der Regel überhaupt keine Probleme und genial einfach zu bedienen

Die Zeiterfassung wird kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. Der Kundenservice antwortet bis dato umgehend innerhalb weniger Stunden, spätestens aber am gleichen Tag.

Pros

Die Zeiterfassung ist übersichtlich und intuitiv. Das Handling war unseren Mitarbeiter:innen umgehend vertraut.

Cons

Wir haben weiterhin keine negativen Eindrücke vernehmen können. Mit der Zeiterfassung sowie den daraus resultierenden Auswertungen sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Allgemeine Erfahrung mit Crewmeister Meine Erfahrung mit Crewmeister lässt sich als durchweg positiv und entlastend beschreiben. Von der ersten Einrichtung an war spürbar, dass die Software darauf ausgelegt ist, administrative Hürden abzubauen, statt neue zu schaffen. 1. Implementierung und Akzeptanz Der größte Pluspunkt war die schnelle Akzeptanz im Team. Da die Bedienung so spielerisch und logisch aufgebaut ist, gab es keinerlei Widerstände bei der Einführung. Die Mitarbeiter schätzen es, ihre Stunden und Urlaubsanträge transparent und mit wenigen Klicks im Blick zu behalten. 2. Arbeitsalltag und Effizienz Seit wir Crewmeister nutzen, hat sich der Aufwand für die monatliche Lohnabrechnung massiv reduziert. Die mühsame Zettelwirtschaft oder das fehleranfällige Übertragen aus Excel-Listen gehört der Vergangenheit an. Die Daten sind sauber aufbereitet und lassen sich direkt exportieren, was die Fehlerquote gegen Null sinken lässt. 3. Zuverlässigkeit Die Software läuft technisch extrem stabil. Man hat das gute Gefühl, ein Werkzeug zu nutzen, das einfach funktioniert, ohne dass man sich ständig um Updates oder technische Bugs kümmern muss. Fazit: Crewmeister ist für uns nicht einfach nur ein Zeiterfassungs-Tool, sondern ein wertvoller digitaler Assistent geworden. Es schafft die perfekte Balance zwischen gesetzlicher Notwendigkeit und praktischem Mehrwert. Für jeden Betrieb, der sich wieder mehr auf sein Kerngeschäft statt auf Papierkram konzentrieren möchte, ist es die ideale Lösung.

Pros

Crewmeister hat unser administratives Chaos beendet. Es ist ein Tool, das nicht aufhält, sondern den Arbeitsalltag effizienter macht. Wer eine unkomplizierte Lösung für Zeiterfassung und Urlaubsplanung sucht, kommt an Crewmeister nicht vorbei. Glatte Eins!

Cons

Nachteile: Was gefällt dir an Crewmeister am wenigsten? Da das System insgesamt hervorragend funktioniert, bewegen sich meine Kritikpunkte auf einem sehr hohen Niveau: Funktionsumfang für Großkonzerne: Für extrem komplexe Unternehmensstrukturen mit sehr speziellen Schichtmodellen könnten tiefergehende Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten fehlen. Für den Mittelstand ist es jedoch genau richtig dimensioniert. Schnittstellen-Ausbau: Ich würde mir eine noch breitere Auswahl an nativen Schnittstellen zu sehr nischigen Lohnabrechnungsprogrammen wünschen, obwohl die gängigen Exporte (wie DATEV) bereits tadellos funktionieren. Offline-Modus: In sehr abgelegenen Funklöchern wäre eine noch robustere Offline-Speicherung der Daten wünschenswert, wobei die App die Zeiten meist problemlos nachsynchronisiert, sobald wieder Empfang besteht. Zusammenfassend: Es gibt keine gravierenden Mängel. Die Software tut genau das, was sie verspricht, und das extrem effizient.

Im allgemeinen bin ich sehr zufrieden mit Crewmeister, da die Zeit Erfassung einen genauen Überblick über meine Arbeitszeiten und die meiner Kolleg:innen gibt. Außerdem ist eine Urlaubsplanung einfach zu handhaben.

Pros

Der Aufbau der Zeit Erfassung ist intuitiv und leicht zu bedienen. Der besondere Vorteil ist, dass alle Teammitglieder Zugriff darauf haben und so eine Planung reibungslos stattfinden kann.

Cons

Manche Vorgänge sind etwas verschachtelt, diese könnten etwas leichter zugänglich sein. Sodass bestimmte Regelungen für einzelne Mitarbeiter:innen mehrere Klicks erfordern und man sich manchmal lange durch die Masken klicken muss, bis man am eigentlich Punkt angelengt ist.

Wir arbeiten sehr gern mit Crewmeister. Wir finden es super, dass wir die App auch mobil nutzen können. Die Smartphone App ist sehr übersichtlich und intuitiv. Die Abwesenheitsplanung ist sehr schön gemacht. Hier kann auch jeder sehen wann die Kollegen im Urlaub sind.

Pros

Super finden wir, dass wir Crewmeister auch mobil benutzen können. Das Arbeitszeitenkonto ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und auch die Administration ist intuitiv angelegt. So hat man unterjährig wenig Aufwand.

Cons

Die Stempelbearbeitung ist etwas uneindeutig. Das könnte man schöner machen. Wenn man zum Beispiel eine falsche oder zu lange Pause bearbeiten möchte, muss man die Pausenzeit und die Uhrzeit einzeln korrigieren. Das ist allerdings Jammern auf dem höchsten Niveau.

Es ist für unseren Betrieb mit rund 20 Mitarbeitenden das ideale Zeiterfassungsprogramm. Ich würde nicht mehr wechseln wollen!

Pros

Mir gefällt die Übersichtlichkeit und die einfache Bedienung dieses Zeiterfassungsprogramms. Ein wirklich kompetenter Support bei Fragen oder Problemen und dass alle Mitarbeitenden von ihrem mobilen Endgerät zugreifen können. Es braucht keine extra Badges oder Lesegeräte.

Cons

Es kommt vor, dass die Verbindung zum Server nicht adäquat funktioniert, was wiederum "Nachstempeln", Korrigieren oder Löschen bedingt. Das ist manchmal etwas nervig, aber auf hohem Niveau geklagt.

Ich habe nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner, wenn ich mal nicht weiter kam, weil ich eine Handhabung vergessen hatte. Die App ist einfach zu bedienen. Auch von den Mitarbeitern habe ich nichts Negatives gehört.

Pros

Die Einfachheit der App. Ich war auf der Suche nach einer einfach zu bedienenden Zeiterfassungsapp ohne Schnickschnack. Die habe ich in Crewmeister gefunden. Übersichtlich, alles was man braucht und günstig. Der Support funktioniert auch sehr gut. Es gibt auch ein gutes Handbuch.

Cons

Eigentlich nichts. Bin nicht sicher, ob mein Verbesserungswunsch registriert und bearbeitet wurde und wünsche mir hierzu eine Rückmeldung.

Pros

Schnelle Bedienung über die App. Übersicht über alle Stundenkonten und die Urlaubsverwaltung. Der Kundenservice ist unschlagbar.

Cons

Die Auswertungsmöglichkeiten im Admin-Bereich könnten übersichtlicher sein. Die Synchronisation von App und Browser ist manchmal etwas langsam.

Generell stehen die Mitarbeiter zuerst einer präzisen Arbeitszeit-Erfassung skeptisch gegenüber. Wir haben ja alle keine Wahl und inzwischen haben die meisten erkannt, dass es auch in ihrem Sinne ist. Es ist unseren Mitarbeitern in Fleisch und Blut übergegangen, was mit Sicherheit auch an der übersichtlichen Gestaltung liegt. Ich habe schon Systeme getestet, die z. B. auch Fahrzeuge, Routen und vieles mehr inkludieren, aber wir brauchen das nicht. Außerdem kosten die natürlich auch locker das Doppelte oder Dreifache. Crewmeister ist genau das Richtige für uns.

Pros

einfache Handhabung durch die Mitarbeiter, Nutzung auch per mobilApp, vernünftige Preisgestaltung, schneller und zuverlässiger Support

Cons

Es gibt keinen. Dieses System passt auf unseren Bedarf. Aus.
