I've used many other estimating software programs and Electric Ease is by far the best! Electric Ease has cut estimating times in half while making estimates more accurate than ever. I've been using it for three years now and couldn't imagine life without it. Great tool to have! Pros The ease of use of this product separates it from all other software. Cons I have no complaints about this software at the time. They continue to deliver personalized support to my team. We will now be able to provide consistent pricing and scope across the team and our customers. Pros The best part of Electric Ease is the customer service experience. A close second is the consistency that this tool provides us. I have been working with this company for years, and I can honestly tell you they have delivered on every promise. They are clear about their goals and roadmap for their software, but they also really do take all of our feedback and work with us on integrating their product into our work processes. Cons It's not an all in one solution. This is not a customer database, but in all honesty, that might be best. We can link it to our account management tool and only have one database to keep updated. The Electric Ease team is always coming out with improvements and is always willing to talk with me and help me through any questions I have when it comes to estimating a project. Pros Electric Ease streamlines the process of estimating by providing pre-filled assemblies and using national and local prices for accurate and efficient proposals. I am able to put together accurate estimates in dramatically less time than what we were doing before. October 17, 2019 5.0 The app we were using wasn't the most user friendly for the field personnel and I was constantly looking for work arounds to make it work better. We finally decided to look for something that encompassed what we needed to streamline the process and make everyone work more efficiently. Electric Ease makes that happen! Pros Executive and the team were awesome to interact with. Any questions I had were meet with speedy responses with either explanations of how to do what I was looking for or suggestions on how we could make something work better for us. Executive having industry experience is huge and shows in the product. Cons The only piece missing for us was being able to create an invoice in the app. This is a fantastic estimating software, we just wanted to be able to invoice in the same app. Executive and the team are rolling out the integration with QuickBooks soon and that will complete the package! Reason for choosing Electric Ease Electric Ease has the most user friendly interface, ability to have materials listing imported as well as providing us with assemblies was a big plus. I have used several estimating platforms that over complicate the process and it takes too long to complete an estimate. Electric Ease has streamlined the process to make it one of the most efficient electrical estimating platforms I can find, their graphical user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I would recommend this product to any Electrical Contractor. Cons I haven't found one yet! I have been very happy with the ease of use. I believe anyone with electrical experience should be able to use this software and in no time be able to be comfortable submitting bids. The cost savings vs competitors is a very welcomed perk as well. They don't limit functionality, but can add a little bit of time to the estimating process.
