We are using Extraaedge CRM for our organisation, the most useful feature which i like in it is it's drip marketing feature and lead journey automation.

Cons

Slightly steep learning curve, complex rules based system at initial phase. A few times, feels bloated with unrequested features.

Overall experience with extra edge is good it has reduced the sheet work and help us to manage our leads accurately.

Pros

Extra edge bifurcate the leads which helps us to know the source of the lead and help us to maintain and store the data which was difficult earlier with sheets

Cons

Due to meta policy we are not able to msg on WhatsApp after 24 hours through extra edge. We have to msg the students separately.
