Extraaedge CRM does our work efficiently, have witnessed 18% growth after properly using it with full functionality.

Pros

We are using Extraaedge CRM for our organisation, the most useful feature which i like in it is it's drip marketing feature and lead journey automation.

Cons

Slightly steep learning curve, complex rules based system at initial phase. A few times, feels bloated with unrequested features.

My overall experience with Extra Edge was mostly positive, but there were a few issues. The WhatsApp bot interface had some glitches, and I faced difficulty getting it to open properly. Also, the IVR conversion rate seemed Bit lower. That said, the overall interface was still pretty easy to use and had some good features.

Pros

Extra Edge was user-friendly interface, the powerful analytics it offers, and the ability to personalize marketing efforts. Automation was a big plus too it saves a lot of time, and the support/resources are solid.

Cons

Extra Edge was the steep learning curve at first, some of the customization options being a bit limited, and the integrations not being as seamless with other tools.

Pros

Extraaedge has a really good interface and most importantly, it's simple and easy to use. You can even efficiently learn if irrespective of you are or you are not from technical backgrounds. The software has features like marketing campaign and drop marketing which if you can make the best use of it, can really alleviate the work process. Being in the managerial position I, am also a connecting bridge between the higher authorities and employees and I have made the best use of the EE crm to not just analyse or manage leads, but also to monitor my team activity. They also have incorporated features like watsapp integration and email integration which is the best thing , I like about extraaedge because it makes my work easy to connect with leads without any haste. I have also seen few more crm like extraaedge , but I would definitely like to stick to this one ..because it is actually best in my vision till now. Be it lead management, reporting analysis... it has really worked out well. Apart from that , this review will not be complete without mentioning the diligent team who manages our account. The team members of EE has been really helpful and I am grateful to them because without their incredible training sessions, we wouldn't have reached so far. They have been always responsive to us and have always been available to problems that needs to be addressed.

Cons

There is nothing like least or most , but yes in between the CRM won't sync , comments won't get saved...well that's because of some update issues probably. Not many loopholes to dislike ☺️

Following are the Pros, 1) The software is very user-friendly. 2) It can be used with WEB or APP also. 3) It is very simple and saves time. 4) The various feature like bulk messaging, email is possible for targeted leads. 5) No need to remember all the thing as it will remind you for necessary works and follow ups.

Cons

Just one cons as I had used its mobile app as after using it . 1) The peroneal number can be added by mistake and difficult to delete is as admin has the right to delete.

the main thing is that the whole product is customized & the EE team is effectively working hard on all the parameters.

Need to improve the reporting formats, they need to create some extra funnel or login for the storage of every year's data.
