Pros We are using Backup radar for the past couple of years & the most liked thing about this it's easy to integrate & configure & helps us maintain data security & availability. We have integrated our cloud environment & on-prem environment devices as well & it helps us to backup automatically at desired scheduled time. It also provides frequently unsuccessful backup details & root causes for the same as well. Cons As far as we are using the only issue we get some time we the report & analysis feature as it does not provide a custom detail format. Pros This software was able to support our wide array of backup software programs and provide a single pane of glass and also a single point of entry for our ticketing system. Support was also able and willing to create custom parsing rules as we needed them on rare occasion. Cons Maintenance outages have been a bit too frequent in my opinion. When the parsing or mail server is down, even missing one day, it results in a slew of false positive "No results" which we have to manually cleanup. Support can be a bit slow. Also, it appears custom parsing rules apply to all tenants, so this can result in slow build times. I would prefer being able to create the custom parsing rules ourselves and for our own tenant.
