Pros: Simple in understanding, using, integration and customizing working spaces.

Easy to start.

The new philosophy of project approach.

Online data update.

High performance.

New approach in IT-architecture and data access.

Cons: The product is new developed.

There is not much information on the Internet about it.

We had to use vendor support during the project implementation

Overall: IT-service support management, lifecycle management settings and customizations.

IT-equipment service company processes automatization through entire lifecycle: asset, workforce management, customer support, reporting.

Integration of Conclusion Platform with financial system (procurements and stock processes) and Billing system (providing by Customer).

Pros: System is designed with respect to real users and our experience. We can always discuss new requests and our needs. Vendor is ready to adopt our proposals into the product roadmap. New features regularly appear in the product.

Cons: Some configurations are still "half coding", nicer GUI would help.

Overall: Thanks to Conclusion , we were able to decommission five legacy systems.
