VP Operations Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Audiit for P6" April 5, 2019 5.0 Pros Audiit fills a need that Primavera P6 users and project controls professionals find essential to know who and how the system is being used. Audiit makes P6 a fully auditable solution providing information on schedule changes and who made them and when they were made. This is vital information in claims situations. Audiit's deep knowledge of P6 and how it is used for large capital projects gives them the ability to implement the solution in a fast, cost effective way maximizing the solutions ROI. Cons This is a solid product that is unique in its capabilities. I can't think of anything I don't like about it. Review Source VR Verified Reviewer Consultant Construction Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Audiit 2.0" March 29, 2019 5.0 The audiit platform integrates data from accounting and P6 and allows for better control and oversight while providing a high level report of status to executives who are not necessarily knowledgeable in the details of the individual processes,. The Audiit team are quick to respond to issues and questions, so I have a high regard for their team. Pros The software manages to capture and integrate the data in such a way that managers can make informed decisions, particularly in large projects. Managers need to forecast outcomes in order to mitigate their risk and impact from something that has gone off plan. Audiit means to capture data from multiple platforms to present information as needed by different departments allows for this to happen. Cons The new platform works but the challenge is to implement. Client education cycle to sales is long. and requires / assumes that individuals in the client company knows that Audiit knows. This is not the case. Audiit representatives are individually conversant with Accounting systems, scheduling systems, financing systems and operations systems, IT systems. etc. It seems that the representatives are experts in one particular area and they need several meetings in order to capture the essence of the client. In shore, it's not the product or service so much as the approach to get the sale and set up the system. Review Source CC Craig C. There is a lot of power in the data Audiit Trail captures and can report on. Had difficulty engaging our own functional team to embrace it. Pros Installation and setup was pretty painless and the UI is easy to navigate. Vendor was engaged in helping us learn the basics. Cons The default Import Project functionality had no direct user feedback when the XML import into P6 failed. No ability to 'clean' an XER file of Global Data separate from importing. Pros \- I did project management for long time and Audiit give me unlimited potential to connect different type of projects into one platform. I can imagine many features will be implemented in this Platform. - The dashboard look great. - Small feature but great value. Cons \- Some features still under develop (Trail/ Intelligent features) . - Single sign on feature. Manager Management Consulting Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Review of Audiit Project Economics Tool" April 3, 2019 5.0 Audiit Platform alleviated the following pain points: - Ability to quickly track project economics such as changes in margins and budgets throughout a project - Ability to identify or model the impact of changes in project resources and schedule to the budget - Ability for team leads to document project status updates directly to the tool with the project manager having full visibility and control by being able to accept or reject changes made Pros The software is very user friendly with dynamic dashboards that track project schedule, project resources, project economics, specifically, margins, planned vs forecast vs actual budgets, etc. which are essential inputs to effectively and efficiently manage a project from start to end. In addition the tool has great connectivity with other 3rd party tools such as Microsoft Project which allows the user to import data as required eliminating the need to manually input key scheduling and resourcing information. Cons Some metrics or data presented in the dashboard can at times shadow each other but the Audiit team has been great at resolving those issues. Review Source FA Feroz A. Doesnt allow cost, forecast, and scope management (although some of these features are being addressed now) Pros (++) online, near realtime, variance analyes ;history, claims management + KPIS Cons (minus) limited to schedule analyes, not cloud based; works only with P6 (although MSFT version) is under development.. perception that it takes a lot of memory .. April 9, 2019 4.0 We have been able to capture errors and make corrections right away. We use Audiit to confirm no corruption of dictionaries when importing external XER files to our Development instance before we perform an import into Production. Pros The ability to search for and correct changes made to the database by the users that cannot easily be done by other means without a DBA. Cons The earlier versions had limits to what could be found without extensive knowledge of SQL script language. Later versions now have preset search scripts or pull down dialog boxes to build a query. Review Source MC Mariane C. We especially like that we now have historical records of modifications made and which user made them. Pros Provides information essential to the management of your project management tools. Cons The interface is easy to use. You only need to use it a few times to quickly find all the information you are looking for easily. Pros This product provides valuable insight and tracking of my environment, including changes, when they were made and by whom. It allows us to keep track of licenses and users to minimize over purchasing software. The real-time reporting make this an extremely important tool. Cons The Audiit team is available and eager to assist with any questions. I have not found any cons to this product. Easily integrates with other platforms (if required) and the management team at Audiit is easily accessible for support, training and future roadmap discussions. Pros Ease of use and a valuable tool when assessing your project management requirements out in the field. Great tech support and the management team really cares about their clients and user experience with the Audiit software platform. Cons There is nothing not to like...the software does what it is intended to do and then some.
