The electronic raw data designed by caliber is very nice it is very similar to traditional raw data style and COA template is very good.
The functionality of the CaliberLIMS is excellent and user-friendly.

Errors while using production version and modules one by one even after Qualification.4.
There are a lot of unacceptable bugs or design flaws in the software that should have been caught during their QC or QA testing.
Confronting the developers, they told us this was a bug "due to several samples being added to the system at the same time, causing the software logic to fail at the backend.
Less user friendly and poor presentation of report/audit trail with limited sorting/filtering functions. Poor notification/alert system for pending activities in all modules.

Pros: It is very much user friendly. Master data creation and calculation part is very easy compare to other LIMS software. Development team and implementation team very much knowledgeable.
Cons: For every issue we need to depend on vendor this function is not feasible. Post go-live online vendor support will impact on business.

Overall: Many small issues encountered during implementation which required a lot of time to fix

Cons: Less user friendly and poor presentation of report/audit trail with limited sorting/filtering functions. Poor notification/alert system for pending activities in all modules. Error messages not accurate and cannot tell user the exact causes.

Overall: Overall rating wise good to use, still much more improvement necessiated.
Pros: Its good to use when we have full fledge instrument connectivity and all the modules were connected.
Cons: Investigation cycle is very complicated and still some more simplification with tracking of OOS required, especially to be included with recheck/subscribe and results retransfer option should be allowed during investigation cycles also.
