Overall, outreach is amazing. It is super helpful and I love using it. It is so easy to use and makes my job so much easier

I love how outreach keeps me organized and on top of my tasks. it allows me to see what happened in previous tasks and how long ago I contacted someone.

Cons

I least like that outreach sometimes has bugs where when I call someone the call doesnt go through on my end or the contact i am calling is unable to hear me

It has made my outreach easy by scheduling my emails well in advance and not to worry about the timezone of the customer.

Pros

This tool is pretty easy to use, I mean it is like reading from a textbook. The way it integrates with your other applications, be you mailbox, salesforce or LinkedIn. The best part is that you can see what is happening to your reachout, whether the prospect is opening your emails or clicking on a particular link or not.

Cons

Well, mostly it is all good. One thing that I would like to be changes is small editable fields like when you search for prospects added with a particular email syntax, there should be other filter options so that you can select the ones as per you deem fit.

Pros

Super easy to use and somewhat intuitive. We pay for the live support which is crucial, and totally worth it in my opinion.

Cons

Some very nuanced customization and functionality, but they do take feature requests so it's been awesome to see how they've developed.

I were able to increase my response rate by 250% and our CTR by 400% through automated email workflows.

Pros

The following are some of the key features that make Outreach so impactful: - Automated email sequencing - Sales activity tracking - Tagging and tracking of interactions The product is extremely easy to use, and the integration process was very straightforward. Overall, I've been very pleased with Outreach and would definitely recommend it to other businesses.

Cons

Overall, I'm really happy with Outreach and the results it has helped me achieve. That said, there are always ways that a product can be improved, and I would love to see Outreach address some of the following: - Provide more detailed reporting, including data on how many contacts were contacted, how many converted, etc. - Make the product easier to use, however I love the ease of use and the quick integration with Outreach.

I use Outreach on a daily basis to add new leads in, send emails and qualify them. Once I speak with them I port them over to salesforce to continue development. Outreach helps me create templates, sequences and snippets to do my work more efficiently.

Pros

I love how I can send emails in sequences, see who is opening and prioritize who I should follow up with to better close my sales

Cons

It doesn't port all information over to Salesforce, for example phone numbers I collect are lost when ported to salesforce

It has been great and successful experience. We have not only sequenced and ran many campaigns, but also increased our penetration rate.

Pros

The best thing about Outreach is its email deliverability and spam/bounced email reduction. We are now able to send message to our prospects' inbox by the help of a more trustworthy system.

Cons

There are many great features which seem to be "hidden" and not explicit in the UI. Unless we talk to support, we are not sure we can leverage them in our prospecting analytics (Eg: Engagement Panel)

Pros

Seamless integration with Salesforce and gmail. Sequences are easy to create, clone, and modify. Also the fact that I can manage LinkedIn tasks and make calls from the platform is golden

Cons

There is still room for improvement on the contact view UI. I wish I could see details like, contact's timezones and company size at a glance. Also the drawer extension often gets in the way

Overall, my experience has been one that defines their operation, all-encompassing, as "commendable" and "praiseworthy".

Pros

The best part is once you figure things out, you find that it works effortlessly and flawlessly with every task and sequence you configure. The ease of use once you learn what to do is amazing. Their online chat support is fabulous and helps you get thru issues while you are learning how to do new things, and they are always available with basically ZERO wait time in the chat que.

Cons

Using it as a new user, I found many feature flaws that they wholeheartedly did agree needed to be addressed immediately and escalated each one to be dealt with on a high priority level. In the meantime, they helped me brainstorm "work-arounds" to get accomplished what needed to be done, so for the time being I'm able to do what I need to do, even without the "proper features" available to me.

Pros

I love hearing my customers' opinions about our service and our technicians. It is very valuable to see which of the technicians are providing a good service and which ones could use the constructive criticism. It is very easy to use and also helps us get lots of good reviews on Google as well.

Cons

I don't like that it can't be automatically connected to our CRM software at this time. It requires our staff to export a repot and then import that list into Outreach. It only takes a couple of minutes, but that time can add up.

Outreach has been an incredible tool that not only me as the owner feels like is essential, but our service technicians look forward to seeing customer responses to their efforts as well. Getting consistent reviews as well is a HUGE boost to our sales also. Many customers will call in to sign up with our service because they have read many positive customer reviews that Outreach has produced for us.

Pros

I felt like I had a better idea about what was actually going on with my service technicians and customer satisfaction on the very first day using Outreach than I had in the 6 months prior to using it. We usually would have an average of 5 customers call in to express their approval or displeasure prior to using Outreach. On the first day we implemented Outreach, we had over 30 responses from customers letting us know their feedback on our service staff as well as their overall thoughts on our company.

Cons

I can't think of anything that is a draw back from using Outreach.
