Lo que más valoro es lo intuitiva y visual que es la plataforma. Me permite gestionar mis vacaciones, fichar diariamente y acceder a mis nóminas de forma rápida y sin complicaciones desde cualquier dispositivo. Ha simplificado mucho la comunicación con el departamento de RR.HH

encontrar configuraciones específicas dentro de los ajustes avanzados no es del todo intuitivo y requiere de cierto tiempo de adaptación para dominar todos los módulos

Si tratta di uno strumento smart, intuitivo e con un approccio giovane e dinamico, perfettamente in linea con le esigenze di un’azienda come la nostra. Ci ha permesso di semplificare diversi processi HR, rendendoli più chiari, strutturati e facilmente gestibili, con un impatto concreto sull’organizzazione del lavoro quotidiano. In particolare, abbiamo apprezzato la facilità d’uso, la flessibilità della piattaforma e la possibilità di avere una visione più ordinata e centralizzata delle attività. Nel complesso, una soluzione efficace per migliorare l’efficienza e supportare la crescita in modo scalabile.

Muy positivo. Hemos conseguido que el control horario sea más ágil, transparente y cómodo para nuestra empresa. Se ha integrado muy bien en nuestra operativa diaria.

Pros

Destacable la facilidad para que los empleados gestionen su propio control horario. Pueden fichar, consultar sus horas o revisar incidencias de forma autónoma. Además, todo queda registrado de forma clara y accesible en cualquier momento.

Cons

No hemos encontrado nada a reseñar como negativo. Quizás detalles de configuración inicial, pero con la formación que se ofrece fue fácil de resolver.

Contamos com apoio técnico e comercial sempre que precisamos. Isso trouxe grande segurança na fase pré e pós implantação. Temos trabalho em conjunto para promover e evoluir a ferramenta nas demandas que temos e que pode agredar para outros clientes.

Pros

A flexibilidade de integrar a outros sistemas e a possibilidade de distribuir as horas lançadas no ponto eletrônico nos projetos de atuação dos colaboradores.

Cons

A falta de SLA para resolução dos chamados de suporte abertos e a falta de uma gestão e visão eficaz das melhorias.

É uma boa empresa, está crescendo bem e são bons ouvintes. Evoluem rápido a ferramenta o que dá uma segurança de atualização aos processos e legislação. No geral, temos tido uma experiência interessante!

Pros

Possibilidades de automação, fácil gestão entre abas e possibilidades de processos integrados entre áreas (dp, rh, development, operações), atendimento personalizado

Cons

SLA separado por áreas módulos: Isso pra organização bizneo é incrivel e demonstra uma governança mais madura mas no âmbito como cliente, preciso aguardar as melhorias de cada módulo (ainda que eu não tenha nenhuma sugestão) até chegar ao módulo que preciso de melhoria internamente ao meu problema. Seria legal se houvesse uma priorização considerando a complexidade vs necessidade vigente que somente novas melhorias em módulos isolados ou sub-utilizados.

Ha sido un acierto descubrir BizneoHR. Hemos mejorado en el control horario así como la gestión de documentos y el control de los proyectos.

Pros

Facilidad de uso e interfaz completa. Ciclos formativos sobre la app completos y adaptados a tus necesidades.

Cons

Aun no encontré nada que no me guste. Es cierto que la app es amplia y aun quedan cosas de chequear, pero de momento todo bien.

Muito boa, facilita o nosso dia a dia, todos os processos são rapidos, sem lentidoes e sinto que há segurança em todos os campos preenchidos.

Pros

Ele é rápido, não é poluido, tem uma interface muito facilitada, visualmente é rapido de encontrar os atalhos e isso facilita no dia a dia agilizando os processos.

Cons

A bizneo não faz integração com todos os campos que nós temos no pega plantão, como por exemplo CNPJ, ele não puxa essa informação do profissional no sistema.

Llevamos trabajando unos meses con ellos y la verdad que la atención y el trato han sido muy buenos.

Pros

La atención ofrecida en la puesta en marcha por parte de \[contenido sensible oculto\] y lo fácil que es usar Bizneo.

Cons

A día de hoy no he encontrado ninguna desventaja muy grave, como mucho podría decir que algunas veces cuan do pongo la fecha de otro mes y pincho en el fichaje de un empleado hay que volver a poner la fecha pero no es nada importante.

Muy positiva, nos ha ayudado a consolidar todo el proceso de registro de tiempo y ausencias, así como a involucrar y facilitar a los responsables la operativa de sus equipos.

Pros

Lo fácil de usar desde el punto de vista de administrador como de final user, lo intuitivo y personalizable que es.

Cons

Hay algunos features que trabajar en cuanto a la incorporación de datos en los perfiles, etc. Los informes y reportes básicos no muestran toda la información lo que en ocasiones te obliga a hacer trabajo manual de "picar datos".

Cumple perfectamente con lo que buscábamos, fácil para el usuario, cómoda y con muchas más prestaciones de las que por el momento estamos aprovechando, como espacios compartidos, documentos, firmas, etc. Se le puede sacar mucho partido

Pros

Es muy fácil de usar por el usuario para fichar desde el móvil, desde el ordenador, etc. Tiene avisos y configuraciones amplias para atender las necesidades de una empresa como la mía

Cons

Como administrador, requiere un aprendizaje por el que hay que pasar y un trabajo de carga. Es normal, pero hay que hacerlo
