L'Outils est plutôt bien modulable selon les besoins et spécificités de l'entreprise, nous avons eu besoin d'adaptation et l'outils à pu y répondre favorablement

j'ai ouvert un ou deux ticket pour suggérer une amélioration mais jamais eu de retour, c'est plutôt dommage car c'est des suggestions qui sont necessaires

Maintenant que les collaborateurs ont pris en main l'application et qu'ils ont compris le fonctionnement, c'est plutôt simple !

Facilité de connection, disponibilité des équipes, tarifs raisonnables. il est possible de se connecter sur smartphone ou ordinateur

Cons

complexité à mettre en place des compteurs temps (rattrapage), les forfaits jours ne peuvent pas vraiment être paramétrés et apparaissent en heures, ce qui peut créer des confusions... Overall, my experience with Bizneo HR has been very positive. The platform offers powerful and constantly evolving tools that add real value to daily HR processes. While there are some challenges with time zone alignment for webinars, the overall functionality and usability make it a strong and reliable solution.

Pros

I really appreciate the wide range of tools available. It feels like there is always something new to discover, and each day I am impressed by how comprehensive and useful the platform is for HR management.

Cons

One area for improvement would be the scheduling of webinars. Since most of them are set in different time zones, it can be challenging for users in LATAM to attend due to inconvenient hours.

Bizneo is a amazing tool, but you have to give it time to learn how to use it. In our case we organize in blocks to learn.

Je suis agréablement surprise par les fonctionnalités, la simplicité d'utilisation et la disponibilité des équipes.

Pros

Franchement, enfin un logiciel simple et intuitif. La prise en mains est hyper facile, les équipes super disponibles pour toutes les questions.

Cons

Parfois certaines réponses sont plus longues à arriver, mais franchement ce n'est pas bloquant. Il faut aussi chercher un peu pour avoir certaines réponses, mais ca se trouve quand même en réfléchissant aux critères pour rechercher

Nel complesso la mia esperienza è assolutamente positiva, per cui raccomando Bizneo HR a chi ha intenzione di semplificare le attività di recruiting, ottimizzando i processi selettivi in maniera decisiva.

Pros

Assistenza tecnica e commerciale reattiva e capacità di adattarsi rapidamente alle esigenze aziendali. Interfaccia intuitiva che riduce i tempi amministrativi e facilita l'attività di recruiting.

Cons

Non trovo particolari aspetti negativi. L'interfaccia è semplice, chiara e molto pratica, per cui mi sento soddisfatto. Forse l'unico "neo", essendo un software on line, riguarda la dipendenza dalla connessione internet, per cui il software non è accessibile in assenza di connessione. Valutare eventuale possibilità di versione desktop

L’introduzione di Bizneo HR ha generato miglioramenti concreti. Prima adoperavamo molti processi manuali, c'era molta dispersione di informazioni e i tempi erano lunghi nella gestione. Oggi grazie a Bizneo abbiamo centralizzato completamente tutti i dati HR, generando un automazione costante delle attività ripetitive e abbiamo ottenuto un maggiore controllo e tracciabilità. Risultati tangibili: - riduzione significativa del tempo di gestione candidature - maggiore velocità nei processi di selezione - miglioramento della comunicazione interna

Pros

Bizneo si è distinto come una soluzione non solo tecnologica, ma realmente abilitante per la crescita organizzativa, gli aspetti che mi sono piaciuti di più sono l'interfaccia e la facilità di utilizzo, i portali di gestione delle candidature e HCM per i dipendenti.

Cons

Nulla che mi venga in mente, fino ad ora sono molto soddisfatto. Potrebbero esserci dei miglioramenti da fare ma sono sicuro siano già in fase di esecuzione.
