The real help provided by our person of contact in Bizneo: efficient, effective, polite, understands the customer need

Cons

Unfortunately there are many functions that are not applied in this ATS compared to other ATS I used in the past; either there are, but they are not really efficient and useful as we would like to be. Example: - Possibility to edit the text pf the job description in bold, or cursive, or in other catching colours or size - Status of the offers: is not possible to pass an offer from draft to closed in a unique step - May have an easier method to assign functions to user related to the vacancies they will manage

Definitely reliable. It quickly blended with our needs and it is working just fine towards our goals.

Pros

The key thing about Bizneo HR is that it is quite easy to use. I jumped into customizing it as soon as I bought my first trial. The process was smooth and the results are undoubtedly productive. Fixing it around different departments is smooth and successful. I enjoy using Binzeo HR and I highly recommend.

Cons

Bizneo HR has everything perfect. Starting from the cost, user friendliness, ease of use and deployment. All of it is enjoyed under one roof.

My experience from the beginning has been exceptional, from the sales side of the project to the implementation by all departments involved.

Pros

Bizneo is the complete solution for the digital management of people in an organization! We have streamlined our selection processes by improving our employer brand and speed of coverage. We have simplified internal processes and the implementation has been very simple due to the easy usability of the platform. The team that accompanies you in the implementation is incredible and the support team attends to your tickets in record time. At Gamelearn we have all the ATS and HCM modules active, we are very happy! Thank you Bizneo team!

Cons

Although they are working on it, I would also love to be able to implement the policy of salary review and variable bonus.

My experience using this software is quite good. I have tried other ATS softwares and this is undoubtedly the best one, especially for what concerns the quality-price relationship.

Pros

One of the main pros of this software is that your recruitment process will simplify sharply. Bizneo's ATS is more than just an all-in-one software. It is also a tool that will give you powerful insights into how to improve your recruitment process. The Google Chrome extension will allow you to incorporate passive candidates into your database while you navigate in LinkedIn.

Cons

This software is fully customizable. For this reason, sometimes it can be a little bit overwhelming to parametrize it. Nevertheless, in the last months Bizneo has implemented a consulting team that will assist you in the process on a professional level.

we started to work with that ATS since a year, and is the best invest we did in our recruitment department. because it provides us the reports we need. The multiposting save to us a lot of time invested in no-value task. and we have an auto-emailing to inprove our employer branding.

Pros

It is easy and intuitive. thera are a lot of options that can help to you in recruiment process. Nice workflow to sent autoemails. we improve our candidate pool easily with multiposting. The customer support is one of the best things that that company has, allways helping and giving the best they have.

Cons

May be there are somethings to improve, like internal management of the candidates.

Pros

\-You can load a lot of CV's without transcribe it, really easy. - You have an intern mail to have a record of all the conversations with the candidates. - The customer service is one of the most efficient I have ever seen. -The app is really friendly and intuitive.

Cons

\-The offer system must improve because it's cumbersome and in the Data pipeline the candidates can appear duplicated. -They need an events calendar with reminders. -They need an a inbox mail. -They have some problems with multiposting in linkedin.

El software Bizneo nos ha sido de gran ayuda tanto para la empresa como para los empleados a la hora de gestionar el control horario de los trabajadores. Gracias a esta herramienta el registro de la jornada laboral, vacaciones, informes,... se realiza de forma sencilla y queda todo organizado, permitiendo además, cumplir con la normativa vigente.

Pros

Facilidad en el uso de la aplicación y interfaz muy intuitiva. La posibilidad de ir adaptándola a las necesidades específicas de la empresa y de cada trabajador, es de gran utilidad.

Cons

Al inicio es necesario dedicar algo de tiempo a configurar todas las especificaciones según las necesidades de cada empresa y cada trabajador. Aunque es posible realizar dicha configuración de manera "masiva", es importante revisar que los datos sean correctos.

Mi experiencia general con Bizneo HR ha sido muy positiva. La herramienta nos ha permitido tener una mejora gestión de nuestras tareas de departamento HR.

Pros

El sistema de fichaje de Bizneo HR permite registrar la jornada laboral de forma muy clara y generar reportes de forma muy rápida. La plataforma funciona bien tanto desde ordenador como desde el móvil.

Cons

Al inicio puede llevar un poco de tiempo familiarizarse con todas las opciones que ofrece la plataforma. Sin embargo, una vez que entiendes cómo funciona, el uso diario resulta bastante práctico.

Satisfatória. Pratico, agil e simples de se usar. Muito bom o aplicativo tbm. Muito bom de ser usado.

Gostei da pratidade de uso do sistema. Sempre que uso o mesmo, acho ele pratico, realmente só a parte de custo com os colaboradores é que me pega.

Cons

Falta algo para ajudar melhor o RH na parte de custo com os colaboradores. Se tivesse um resumo do demostrativo com os totais e custo do mês, já ajudaria.

l'assistenza ricevuta da parte dei tecnici e dei dipendenti della piattaforma Bizneo è stata sempre precisa e impeccabile.

Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato che l'applicazione da spesso dei problemi legati all'autenticazione dei profili, ma ci stanno già lavorando per sistemarla

O sistema atende muito bem a parte de arquivo de documentação, distribuição de documentos, avisos e até mesmo o registro do ponto (tirando a parte do banco de horas). Acredito que um grande diferencial é o acompanhamento pós-implantação. Temos reuniões quinzenais com a \[conteúdo sensível escondido\] e o suporte dela é muito respeitoso. Além de ser muito clara e objetiva, ela é muito atenciosa e nos ajuda com temas muito específicos que temos!

Pros

O sistema é muito intuivo, tanto para o usuário quanto para um administrador. As configurações do sistema são fáceis de utilizar, quando é necessário fazer algum ajuste, ou até mesmo no processo de implementação, foi fácil entender o que precisava ser ajustado e onde.

Cons

Alguns módulos são muito padronizados para atneder uma variedade de clientes, porém, para algumas empresas, alguns detalhes desses módulos acabam não sendo necessários e não é possível "personalizar" da forma que mais se asemelha à realidade do cliente. Exemplo: módulo de tempo. Poderia ter um cálculo de horas mais simples, não é possível na mesma página ver o saldo de horas do mês anterior somado ao que esta sendo feito atualmente e acaba que é necessário fazer uma conta para chegar ao número atualizado. Isso torna o processo de banco de horas trabalhoso para o administrador e confuso para o usuário entender o seu saldo e onde acompanhar ele.

Me parece un programa super completo y muy intuitivo. A veces da algun fallo si se usa desde dispositivos moviles, pero los resuelven bastante rapido.

Pros

La facilidad con la que se pueden gestionar los tickets de gastos por lo facil de usar que es el programa. Respecto al fichaje de horas, que es super sencillo acceder y fichar. Y para solicitar ausencias, super intuitivo.

Cons

Del modulo de gastos, que los filtros no se quedan guardados. si yo entro ahora al modulo de gastos me aparecen todos los tickets desde el inicio, y he de volver a filtrar cada vez que entro para ver solo los pendientes, o los de este año, etc. Como propuesta de mejora, que exista la opcion de guardar filtros :)

Em geral a experiência é boa, trouxe melhorias para o DP, agilidade no pedido e aprovação das férias, mas poderia ser melhor.

Pros

\- Solicitações de férias e aprovações, acredito que se fosse adaptado para cada empresa, seria 100%! - Documentos arquivados - fácil acesso a todos os profissionais.

Cons

\- No nosso caso - banco de horas. Como mencionei acima, se fosse adaptado a necessidade de cada empresa, acredito que adesões seriam maior. - Contagem no período das férias. Quando um profissional tem mais de 30 dias e é encerrado o ciclo, ele leve para o próximo somente 30 dias, mas se ele tem 35, esse saldo de 05 não é contabilizado, hoje fazemos o processo na mão.

acho o HCM um pouco poluído visualmente, o ATS também, mas nada que atrapalhe muito no dia a dia da empresa.

Bizneo es un sistema muy intuitivo y fácil de utilizar. Se adapta a tus necesidades y a tu equipo. Cuando tenemos una duda, contactan con nosotros para ofrecer una solución.

También puede utilizarse versión movil lo que es un plus durante el teletrabajo.

Cons

Estamos contentos con el programa y no tenemos niguna pega. Por ahora todo perfecto y el equipo está contento.

La mia esperienza complessiva con Bizneo è assolutamente positiva, mi permette di avere quotidianamente una visione a 360 gradi di quella che è la mia attività in azienda e ha semplificato molto anche l'organizzazione con i colleghi e con gli altri team

Il tempo risparmiato per firmare i documenti direttamente dalla piattaforma, il fatto che posso visionare facilmente i dettagli del mio contratto, dell'orario e che posso verificare le presenze sia mie che del mio team. Inoltre è utile per pianificare le ferie, capire chi è in ufficio e chi in smart working; ha anche semplificato molto la comunicazione interna.

Cons

In generale mi sono trovata molto bene con l'utilizzo della piattaforma; forse l'unica cosa che mi viene in mente è che quando controllo le ferie che ho disposizione ho solo una visione in ore e non in giornate.
