Acredito que um grande diferencial é o acompanhamento pós-implantação. Temos reuniões quinzenais com a \[conteúdo sensível escondido\] e o suporte dela é muito respeitoso. Além de ser muito clara e objetiva, ela é muito atenciosa e nos ajuda com temas muito específicos que temos! Pros O sistema é muito intuivo, tanto para o usuário quanto para um administrador. As configurações do sistema são fáceis de utilizar, quando é necessário fazer algum ajuste, ou até mesmo no processo de implementação, foi fácil entender o que precisava ser ajustado e onde. Cons Alguns módulos são muito padronizados para atneder uma variedade de clientes, porém, para algumas empresas, alguns detalhes desses módulos acabam não sendo necessários e não é possível "personalizar" da forma que mais se asemelha à realidade do cliente. Exemplo: módulo de tempo. Poderia ter um cálculo de horas mais simples, não é possível na mesma página ver o saldo de horas do mês anterior somado ao que esta sendo feito atualmente e acaba que é necessário fazer uma conta para chegar ao número atualizado. Quando um profissional tem mais de 30 dias e é encerrado o ciclo, ele leve para o próximo somente 30 dias, mas se ele tem 35, esse saldo de 05 não é contabilizado, hoje fazemos o processo na mão.
