Postcards are a great marketing tool for our properties and we don't even have to lift a finger to create them! Pros Streamlined and most things are automatically completed for me so there's minimal effort on my end. Makes my busy days less busy when I don't have to worry about it! Pros Its easily integrated with my closings and is automatic. Cons Not an easy format to use. The survey mailed to our clients needs to be more like the Review questions both in continuity review as well as Real Estate One Testimonials. I have more success sending my clients the link via email 30 days after the sale for a testimonial than them filling out the lengthy survey. Also quick delivery (when they do deliver) Cons Customer service doesn’t get back with you. Ignored emails. Once product didn’t go out and I was told it was lost in the mail. Instead of giving me another mailer I was offered a discount. I know it didn’t go out because I have a property in the neighborhood where I sent it and my parents live in the neighborhood.
