Overall tfg has been great to use. Functionally the product has been very easy to use, the people we have talked to through tfg have all been very kind and helpful, and our clients are utilizing their rewards and we have heard good things from their end.

Pros

If I need help with anything or have questions it is very easy to get in contact with the people I need to talk to. Customer service is done very well!

Cons

After the update, I couldn't put client's in alphabetical order by last name, only practice name. It was more convenient for me personally to organize by last name.

The staff is easy to work with

It is a lot more simpler than the previous website

Cons

I cannot access as many reports as before. PDF files aren't available for my rewards, I manually have to print off who I rewarded whereas before I could print the file for my accounting department to reconcile.

Pros

It keeps track of all the rewards that our loyal customers earn each month. When our customers redeem their rewards it updates everything quickly.

Cons

At times it is hard to navigate the monthly rewards submission. When an error is made it does not give you clear direction on the problem.

The program is very easy to use and not time consuming. Support is always available if needed.

Cons

I do not like not being able to have a monthly total on the rewards.

Trying to be patient, but site should have been ready when it came on line. It has been several months, but many reports, etc, are still not available.

Pros

Website speed is good. That's about all for now.

Cons

Site is not complete. Reports are extremely limited.

Vince, Yes, funding rewards programs can be expensive! However that cost is not specific to tfg Loyalty, any rewards program would require the rewards points to be funded by the sponsor. tfg Loyalty's cost starts as low as $149 per month. -Nick

Our members use and like tfg and I expectantly like it because the site is easy for your members and I do not receive a lot of phone calls from them on how to access they reward points.

Pros

It is simple and very easy to use. Stays constant.

Cons

The first time I used it the software it was too easy I was confused, being I didn't know the site had changed. I did call our rep and he was very helpful and stayed on the phone to ensure I was clear about everything and didn't laugh at me.
