Cons I wish that the integration between donor lists and marketing lists were a bit smoother. As well, I wish that I could change the assigned member for donors more easily, merge contacts more smoothly, or have contacts that have no assigned member. It's simple, easy, and includes a newsletter option so I could get rid of that additional expense. Cons Honestly, nothing. They are the greatest to work with so if you ever come across a functionality you wish it had, you simply need to let them know and they make it happen.
